Above and beyond

The staff were very helpful in and outside of the lounge. In the lounge the staff are polite and attentive, looking after your every need, the spread is amazing, had beef patty and a peas soup while waiting to depart. as I was was quite ill and struggling to walk the staff found me very comfortable seating and brought drinks over straight away... When we were leaving, I was waiting for special assistance to come and collect me but the airport staff had completely forgotten to send someone to help me. I would have been late to the boarding gate or possibly missed my flight but a young man from the vip lounge who saw my distress came and pushed me in my wheelchair to the gate even bypassing all the other passengers in the queue making sure I was handed over to the right staff. He did not have to do that as his station is in the lounge and it was not his job to fill in for special assistance but I am ever so grateful. My fiancé tried to give him a tip but he refused to take anything, helping us from his heart. a true Jamaican.

It’s in the country side & you get to see & experience how Jamaica truly is.. All the people that work for Rastafari & the villagers showed so much hospitality. Woodpecker in the village made us some really nice wood art. The spring is so refreshing. The country side is so beautiful to ride in & explore. The food they make for you is great. If your booking this for a cruise don’t hesitate they work with you on times & will bring you back to port whenever you want

The rafting was definitely a vibe. Captains were friendly, had great energy, provided music, safely knew how to maneuver the rafts, and was great to my family and I. Shout out to Captain Kutty. Like any other destination, bring cash because the vendors are there with great food and goods. Even along the rafting ride. However, the fried lobster platter, on the side of the river, was definitely worth stopping the rafting ride for.
