Overview
Zipline high above the ground with the Caribbean Sea as your backdrop during this 1.5-hour adventure from Negril. Glide from platform to platform, each with a unique reggae theme, on a series of towers in the jungle. At the end of the 2,000-foot (609-meter) zipline, rappel to the forest floor, then head back to the clubhouse for lunch and refreshments (own expense). All equipment included; no experience is necessary. Pickup and drop-off from Negril hotels provided.

What To Expect
Following pickup from your hotel in Negril, travel to the zipline clubhouse.
Once you arrive, meet your guides and get fully equipped with a harness, helmet and gloves. Take a turn on a training zipline, where you are introduced and fully briefed on all aspects of the challenge including its high safety standards and expectations. Learn the meaning of hand signals and other gestures used by tour guides.
When you're ready, clip in and climb a 60-foot (18-meter) tower, then zoom off along 2000 feet (609 meters) of line, high above the ground. Marvel at views of the Caribbean Sea and the surrounding mountains as you fly through the forest canopy. When you reach the end of the line, rappel slowly to the ground, where a waiting safari jeep will take you back to the clubhouse. Take a moment to catch your breath and share your experience with others while enjoying a Red Stripe beer and lunch (own expense).
At the end of your adventure, get a ride back to your Negril hotel for drop-off.

My sister absolutely loved this excursion! I’m usually the thrill seeker, and this terrified me. But it was an amazing experience now that I’ve made it to the other side, I would definitely do it again. It was our first time zip lining and it definitely won’t be our last. If you go to Jam West, your tour guides need to be Ryan and Fiya Because they are amazing. Amazing is even an understatement. They did so well with us and made us feel As though we Were experienced zip liners. And no point did we feel unsafe, I feel as though we felt very safe and very confident because they were intentional about making sure we were comfortable

Ziplining made for a fun afternoon on our honeymoon! The bus picked us up at the front door of our resort right on time and we traveled to Jamwest. Everything was organized to get us set for our tour. I was disappointed to spend $5 to use a locker when that should be included in the overall price as everyone brings something with them (phones, keys, purse, etc.) that can't go on the tour so basically it's just another way to make money after you have already spent over $100/person. Our tour guides were great! Felt very safe the whole time. I wish we had been able to go a few more times. 7 ropes didn't feel like enough to me for the money you pay for. Getting a ride back to our resort took a long time and was very disorganized. No one was around to help us know if we were in the right spot to wait or when we would be leaving. Safe drivers. Overall fun experience!

Trip took under 20 minutes. Six zips. We were rushed through, told we couldn't take any pictures and then waited over an hour for our return trip.

Xtreme and his tag team partner was awesome! It started to rain, but they still completed the zipline tour with us as long as we wanted to continue. They made us feel safe and had a blast despite the weather!
