Please provide your exact pickup location at the time of booking to ensure a smooth experience. For hotel pickups, please wait in the main lobby at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. For cruise ship passengers, your driver will meet you at the port entrance holding a sign with your name. Pickup times may vary depending on your location and will be confirmed after booking. Please ensure your phone is on and reachable on the day of your tour. If your location is outside the standard pickup zone, additional transportation fees may apply. Possibly would have been great, but ended up having to cancel after waiting an hour and a half for them to show up. The number the agency provided Viator does not work. When I finally heard from them after requesting a refund the guy sounded like he had just woken up, and asked us to wait an additional 20 minutes on top of what we already waited. Not worth the hassle of trying to get a refund, book another trip that’s with a different local agency.

Hi good afternoon I want to apologize for not showing up on time.at this company we try to do how best to make every clients happy. I can relate to that incident we had a knew representative was working and she wrongfully send out a different time to the driver by mistake. I can guarantee that would never happen again my sincere apology. At this company things like that don’t normally happen we try how best to reach how customers demands if you can check how google reviews @ freshlooktours montegobay you can see for yourself we respect customers time my main concern is to make the customers comfortable safe and happy.

A VIBE

One word I’d use to describe this tour is “VIBE.” I went in November and though it rained a lot that day, Joseph, our tour driver, made sure we had fun. He was punctual and a problem solver. He knew the best spots to eat and after the tour we even got a chance to enjoy the night life. If you’re not staying in Montego Bay please be aware that there will be an additional transportation fee. Food is a separate expense. I’d definitely highly recommend this tour!
