This was my first trip back to Jamaica in over 22 years, and my husband's first visit to the island. Troy immediately made us feel welcome with his warm personality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Our rides to and from Excellence Oyster Bay were so much more than just airport transfers. Along the way, Troy shared interesting history about Montego Bay and the surrounding areas, pointed out local landmarks, talked about Jamaican culture, and answered all of our questions. It felt like we were getting a mini tour from someone who truly loves his country. On the way back to the airport, he even took us to enjoy authentic Jamaican food before our flight home, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. Reliable, cost effective and convenient airport transfer

Excellent and very reliable airport transport service. It is priced well and we got a private van for 8 with ample of space for baggage. The van was clean, well kept and the driver was also careful and great. Overall I would recommend this over hotel/resort transfers and its expensive and takes too long. Also the buses usually pickup too early and you get to wait a long time, vs the private transfer was quicker.

Even though our arrival was delayed by an hour, our driver, Rashiki, was right there waiting for us outside the terminal with a smile. The communication with my wife and I was so easy and personable; it truly felt like we were visiting a friend rather than just hiring a driver.
