It was perfect. Glenn arrived on time and was respectful. He gave us a lot of Jamaican history which was amazing. And we did trivia, this was the best transportation. Glenn deserves a raise!!
Viator provided us with perfect instructions to follow to meet our driver. Everything went as planned and was easy to navigate.
This was so easy and took the stress out of worrying about finding transportation to and from the airport. The drivers were on time, friendly, and gave an explanation about the locations along the way. They sent a detailed message on where to meet them for pick up and for the return trip. Would definitely highly recommend!

We'd love to give a shout-out to Excellence Resort Private Airport Transfer! Our flight was canceled, which meant we had to arrive a day later and extend our trip by an extra day. The transportation company was incredibly flexible and accommodated all of our changes without any issues.
Communication through WhatsApp was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time for both our airport pickup and our return transfer, and everything was handled professionally. Booking was simple, payment was quick and easy, and we never had to worry about a thing.
The vehicles were clean, air-conditioned, and very comfortable. Overall, the service was outstanding, and we would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5!!!
The communication was clear. The people were great! And the whole process was ideal. Glenn was a great driver with insights and ease.
Driver was very professional and entertaining. He was able to give us information about the history of the communities we traveled through in route to our resort.
We were concerned because we were delayed getting the forms filled out for immigration but the representative was waiting for us and immediately called our driver who arrived promptly. The driver was friendly and shared some of the area history and points of interest on the drive.
The drivers were on time and professional. The vehicles were clean and safe. I highly recommend. This was much cheaper than the company my resort recommended.

Very well organized and everyone so friendly…Jethro met us and made connecting to our driver Damien super easy and convenient. Damien our driver was awesome…gave us some great history and made a 40 minute drive seem much shorter.

I was hesistant to use the service at first b/c it was new. I would highly recommend. Great customer service. My husband and I landed and our driver was there within 3 minutes. Leaving Excellent Oyster Bay resort driver was there on time. It was a pleasant experience. I will use this service again.
