If you're visiting Jamaica and have the opportunity to have Troy as your driver, consider yourself lucky! From the moment he picked us up at the airport, we knew we were in great hands. This was my first trip back to Jamaica in over 22 years, and my husband's first visit to the island. Troy immediately made us feel welcome with his warm personality, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Our rides to and from Excellence Oyster Bay were so much more than just airport transfers. Along the way, Troy shared interesting history about Montego Bay and the surrounding areas, pointed out local landmarks, talked about Jamaican culture, and answered all of our questions. It felt like we were getting a mini tour from someone who truly loves his country. On the way back to the airport, he even took us to enjoy authentic Jamaican food before our flight home, and it was the perfect way to end our trip. As someone whose parents and grandparents were from Kingston, it meant so much to enjoy one last taste of Jamaica before leaving, and my husband loved it too. Most importantly, Troy made us feel completely safe and comfortable every step of the way. He was always on time, his vehicle was clean and comfortable, and his driving was professional from start to finish. We were able to relax and simply enjoy the ride. Troy isn't just an excellent driver—he's an outstanding ambassador for Jamaica. His pride in the island, his knowledge, and his wonderful personality made our vacation even more memorable. Chris was Amazing. Communication was 10/10. Vehicle was very clean and there was more than enough room for 6 adults with space to spare. Chris was very informative and knowledgeable about the history of Jamaica. He was soo great that we booked a private tour with him following our airport transfer. I book the vip arrival and departure often. The departure offers food and drinks in their wonderful lounge. The arrival is normally no big deal. This time I arrived to find a new arrival lounge which was pretty nice. When I arrived their computers were down. The incoming customs line had a huge line over 1000 customers. A woman was there with my name on a card and they rushed me to the front of the line right through customs. It was a miracle. Best money spent.
