Joyce was so professional and friendly. We were very hungry when we got to Montego Bay and she made a stop before our arrival to the resort so that we could get a bite to eat. She also made a stop at a ATM so that we could get some cash. Another day she picked us up to take us to Seven Mile Beach. We felt very comfortable and secured with her services. Great and alert driver. Her van was super clean and good A/C. Very reliable. We recommend her services very highly. Thanks Joyce...we couldn't have done it without you.

Joyce was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with us before we boarded our plane in Atlanta and said she was monitoring our flight and would meet us when we exited customs in MBJ. As promised, she was there and helped us with our luggage to her van and then we were off to Negril. She stopped for us to use the restroom and grab a to go drink. Super safe driver, she pointed out places of interest and gave us a little history of some of the villages.
We hired her to take us to Rick's Cafe and was going to wait for us while we ate and jumped off cliffs, but we insisted she come eat with us, our treat! She even took our photos and videos of us on jumping off the cliffs. She was right on time when it was time to leave our resort to go back to airport. We beat the shared hotel shuttles which made going through the airport much better! I cannot say enough great things about Joyce. We have made a friend in Jamaica and will contact and use her every time we come back. Miss her already!

We had an excellent experience. Our flight landed in Montego Bay 2 hours late. However, Joyce was not surprised. She was periodically checking the status of the flight and keeping us up-to-date via WhatsApp. She picked us up from the airport and drove us safely to our destination in Negril. I highly recommend her because of her excellent communication and safe driving.

If you're going to Negril and you're not taking a big, group transfer from the airport, Joyce Unlimited Tours is definitely the way to go! Jocelyn, the owner, was a great driver and a treat to work with.
Totally professional, very patient, extremely accommodating to multiple changes I needed to make before traveling with her and, being from the area, a fount of information on the way over to Negril. A HUGE plus was the fact the she stayed in touch up until the point of pickup, to make everything run smoothly.
While we didn't get a chance to use her services for excursions or tours, if her service with the transfers was any indication, I'd book her company without hesitation!

We had to wait outside for a while. We did not know what to look for. They said a white van. Everything is a white van. The guy had to stop for gas. Then he got a speeding ticket which meant that we were sitting alone in the car on the highway for a while, and it was pretty scary. We don't know who the who people were who stopped us. we did not feel safe

There was a little miscommunication at first with getting picked up, but Joyce came and got my husband and I right away with no problem! She is sooooo nice and super sweet. Our ride from the airport was very relaxing. Joyce gave us some history on the things we saw in Jamaica in our way to the resort. She has taken us on a tour as well. She is VERY professional.
