A great tour starts with a great guide, and we couldn’t have been luckier than to ride with Mel. Despite the low visibility from storms and some fairly harsh weather on the drive home, Mel kept us entertained and safe throughout the day. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The itinerary provided a wide variety of awesome stops. Despite the rain, we still saw lava at two of the stops inside the park. Awesome day overall!

We had the best time with Lono! My 13 year olds asked a ton of questions and learned so much about the island of Oahu and the culture. The food stops were delicious, and despite it being one day post hurricaine, we were able to make the best of each spot. I felt like we saw so many parts of the island, each with a different feel, and it was spectacular.

What a great day! Tour guide very efficient to ensure we completed all the promised adventures. Tasted coffee at scenic Bayview Coffee farm, ate delicious masaladas at bakery, visited black sand beach, walked through lava tube, saw Kīlauea in daylight, visited Volcanos National Park gift shop, ate delicious dinner at Kīlauea Lodge (available Mondays only), returned to park after dark to see glow of volcano, and did some star gazing. Drew did great job of entertaining us and provided education on Hawaiian history, culture and coffee farms. Well worth the time and money!

This tour is an excellent way to sample the island for first timers. Our guide, Jess, was knowledgeable, engaging and very professional. Loved the lunch spot. A delicious and authentic Big Island experience. The tour included a diversity of sights to form a complex overview of the Kona area.

My wife and I extended our stay on the Big Island by an extra day to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary, just so we could experience this zipline adventure—and it was absolutely worth it! This was our very first time ziplining, and I have to admit that I'm very afraid of heights. What made this experience so enjoyable was how the course was designed. They start you off with a short zipline and gradually work up to longer, higher, and more exciting runs. By the time we reached the highest and longest zipline over the waterfall, I felt confident and safe. Even though I was still nervous at the end, I was able to push through my fear, and it became one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever had. A huge thank you to Bobbi and Bradley for making the adventure so much fun. They kept everyone laughing, made us feel safe the entire time, and shared fascinating information about the history of Hawaii, its trees, and native plants. Their knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. Also, thank you to our driver, Kaitlyn, for the fun ride to and from the course and for helping make the day even more enjoyable. If you're visiting the Big Island, this is a must-do experience. Ziplining over a beautiful waterfall while surrounded by Hawaii's incredible scenery is something you'll never forget. Highly recommended!

What an absolute gem of a tour! Kim was a fantastic tour guide and expert Hana Trail navigator. She blessed us with innumerable facts, stops and treats along the way. We experienced Turtles, Cows, Chickens, Wind Surfers, a bazillion trees and fauna, waterfalls so cold it took our breath away when we jumped in. Fresh banana bread, disgusting fresh cocoa pod that she shared with us (but you gotta try it at least once right?!) and the provided sandwiches are actually legit and fantastic. Not those prison sandwiches you get on most tours like this. We cannot recommend this tour enough to anyone looking for a full day of exploration that Includes lava field beaches, black sand beaches that you will find in your naughty bits 2 days later but so worth it. Go to Hana and you will be glad you did. 5 stars.

Our Guide was excellent - Marlon was friendly, effective, full of history of the sites we passed, and gave clear information at the Memorial on times, what to expect, and how to handle the day. That made the day flow more easily, and everyone knew what to expect and to what times we needed to pay attention. The Memorial experience was great except that your company didn’t buy tickets to the Memorial. We were just standby, and I was concerned that we wouldn’t have enough to see everything and still make the bus on time. We did make the bus on time, but we had to skip part of the movie to do it.

Ashley and Alex were so great. They educated us while finding SO many whales. You can tell they truly care about the species and we learned a lot, but we also got to see so many breaches! We saw flips and turns, spouts and tails... it was amazing! We saw 6 or 7 different whales, including a baby who was quite playful! The zodiac ride is not for the faint of heart-- it's bumpy but FUN and we loved our experience. We would do it again, most definitely!!
