We had a wonderful experience with Kenny from Eco Tours Vietnam in Hanoi. He was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with our 3-year-old daughter, who completely adored him — she spent the tour calling him “teacher” and holding his hand everywhere we went, which was honestly very sweet. He handled toddler unpredictability with remarkable calm and warmth, which made the whole experience much more relaxing for us as parents. Kenny was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us enjoy Hanoi in a way that felt personal and welcoming. The only small area for improvement would be slightly clearer communication about the itinerary and timing beforehand, but overall the experience was excellent and we would absolutely recommend both Kenny and Eco Tours Vietnam to other families traveling with young children.

We did the vegetarian cooking class. Due to low numbers we were included with a group cooking meat. This worked absolutely fine, the guide was great at keeping us all involved throughout. The food we cooked was delicious and I'm so excited to try it again at home.

My guide was Sao and she went above-and-beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience! She taught me about history, culture, and took me to the spots I really wanted to see. She was absolutely delightful and I'm hoping to connect with her the next time I visit. 5-star service and a truly wonderful day!

We had such a wonderful time with Huy as our guide — It was such an amazing experience! He had a fantastic energy, was so kind and took such great care of our group. We went to the most amazing spots, everywhere was full of locals. He also provided us with a great list of recommendations afterwards. Highly highly recommend to anyone going to Hanoi!!

On my first full day in Hanoi I got to experience food in places I never would have ventured into. I loved it all. My guide spoke great English and showed me how to cross the street, use the Grab app (Uber) and gave me valuable insights into Vietnam, its history and culture

This food tour takes you into the heart of the old city in Hanoi and gives you a great introduction to local foods that we might otherwise have passed by. We made 8 stops to try different foods (including local coffee culture). Plenty of food was offered so don’t eat before you go. Our guide, “Apple”, was very willing to work within personal preferences and guided us expertly through old Hanoi. She took care of all the details. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Great experience. I booked this tour on day 1 to get an idea of the food and the city. The guide Pilko was exceptionally friendly and a great vibe. Can't believe he's only 19 and so talented. Really set a great tone for the rest of the trip. And don't worry the amount of food is right and doesn't make you uncomfortable also because you're walking from place to place. I had only 3 other people in the group so, that was good as well.

Got taken on the half day tour by Walter and Rose and it was lovely! We got picked up at our hotel and driven to the 5-6 of the most popular spots in Ha Noi. Our tour guides were so friendly and joyful. They offered to cater the tour to how we wanted it, as in whether we wanted to go into certain museums and attractions or spend more time or not at one area over another. We learned a lot of history and fun facts, and they took so many great photos of us. They even treated us to some egg coffee and coconut coffee. Then when we asked for a lunch recommendation they even brought us to a popular spot and helped us order (since my Vietnamese is so bad haha). We loved our time and really felt like we knew the city much better. Highly recommend!
