Pick‑up was perfectly on time right at the airport gate, and the transfer to my hotel was fast and efficient. The driver even stopped to help me sort out my MiFi, which was a thoughtful touch. On departure, the service was just as reliable—arriving early and guiding me smoothly through the airport. Overall, the transfer was excellent and stress‑free. Expect punctuality, efficiency, and helpful service. From arrival to departure, everything ran seamlessly, making the journey easy and comfortable.

Our plane was late at arriving in, got a WhatsApp message from the agent meeting us. Walked off our plane & walked down about 200m within the airport building & met agent with our names on a sign, who we then followed to the Immigration desk (another 300m). We went into special line, other foreign passengers in queues to the right (noting this day a Sunday 10.45am it wasn't busy, other passengers got thru fast too), no queue in our line we got straight up to the desk, lovely Vietnamese Immigration worker served us, didn't need to show printed visas only passports, all fine & thru in like 2 mins. Then headed downstairs to baggage claim, our agent handed us over to another agent (a nice younger man), who then kindly assisted us with collecting our luggage & then at bag screening (spoke in Vietnamese to baggage screening), and our bags not screened, thru to the arrivals hall where he helped us find our private transfer to our hotel. This guy did not leave us till we found our transfer person, he was very helpful, polite & well presented. Honestly this "fast track" service was professional, worked extremely well & agents we had where very good. It's a seamless process & well worth the money (even tho no queues this day), to help with your luggage and transfer was awesome!! Thank you.

We were very impressed with the the assistance today. We were met at the designated position. My name was prominently displayed and I found the rep very easily. The time saved using the service was great. The lines for the general immigration was large and we went through much quicker and without any issues. I would definitely use the service again and am very happy to recommend it.

My guide Thomson was excellent in every way and he gave me the adventure of a lifetime. I shall never forget it. I was the only one doing the tour today (my good fortune) so agreed to do the tour on the back of his motorbike! Normally it would have been a walking tour with others in the group. We explored the alley ways of the old city quarter, first stopping at Train street for tea/coffee. That experience itself was mind blowing exciting. To sit 6 inches away beside the tracks of a passing train as it whistled past; the adrenaline rush was indescribable. Next we stopped at two alleyway spots for delicious street food, sitting alongside local Vietnamese folk. I chose to leave out the third stop for Pho (wouldn’t have had room) and had dessert instead, yummy fried banana and coconut donut. This turned out to be an independent private tour with just me, so we were able to cover a lot more area around Hanoi driving past all the major landmarks, the French Quarter, lake, etc. The circumstances surrounding my experience today may not be replicated entirely because it was outside of the norm, but I would recommend Thomson as a guide. He is courteous, obliging, friendly and knowledgeable about Vietnam history and its people.

Very informative and accommodating. Our guide met us at a different location at short notice when breakfast went longer than anticipated, and adapted to whatever we wanted to see on the day. Quinn informed us of the local history and nearby recommendations, and guided us to a tasty chicken pho restaurant. Visited Hoan Kiem Lake, Hoa Lo Prison, Train Street, Temple of Literature and the Citadel.

This tour is the best way to spend the day eating across Hanoi. Every meal was better than the previous one. Our guide was super informative and provided a great understanding of Vietnamese food. I highly recommend this tour for any foodie looking to understand Vietnamese cuisine better.

We were very lucky to have Lan as our guide in Hanoi. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. We need to admit that are not the 'easiest' travellers as we have a lot of questions about the history, language, culture and Lan knew the answers to all of them. We had a great introduction to Vietnam's culture and history which helped us a lot during our trip to this marvellous country. Lan also gave us great food recommendations in the city. We learnt a lot, laught a lot! Was a great tour but this is all thanks to the one and only Lan! Looking forward to seeing you again! Marta and Tiago

Summi, Lucy and Thuong were superb guides for of tour. We felt incredibly safe, they were really friendly and answered all our questions. Summi's English is excellent, she shares a wealth of knowledge about Vietnamese culture. Highly recommended tour, we would happily do it again!
