We were very impressed with the the assistance today. We were met at the designated position. My name was prominently displayed and I found the rep very easily. The time saved using the service was great. The lines for the general immigration was large and we went through much quicker and without any issues. I would definitely use the service again and am very happy to recommend it.

Even though we arrived at a quieter time immigration was still very busy, this fast track had us through in 5 minutes instead for 40. It can be a lot worse.

Met us right at the immigration hall. Breezed us past the lines. Depending upon your timing wait may be up to 30 min but the regular wait will be much longer. Highly recommend after a long flight to Hanoi

best option if you are traveling with kids or seniors. You do not have to wait in line for a long time. Also works best for anyone who has less time. Hanoi immigration wait times may not be as long as in HCMH, but it is worth trying for anyone who wants/needs a shorter wait.

Simple and pleasant way to enter Vietnam .. in my case Hanoi. As a first time visitor and solo traveler, not knowing what to expect, I felt more confident knowing I would be escorted through the entry procedures. Requested English speaking and she was not. The only thing she did say partially is that she had 2 jobs. She was on her cell phone entire time and had zero communication with us. She did not assist with bags and we just followed her around not knowing what was happening.

I used the Fast Track Arrival service for my flight QR976, which landed at 12:20 PM. As soon as I reached the immigration hall, a staff member was already there holding a sign with my name. The airport was extremely crowded at that time, and the regular immigration line was very long with many passengers waiting. Thanks to the Fast Track service, I was guided straight to the priority lane, which helped me save almost one hour compared to the normal queue. Everything was smooth and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate this service and highly recommend it to anyone arriving during busy hours.
