Extra stops and unexpected musical background

Charli was a great driver and a passionate and funny guide. We made more stops than scheduled, so we had the chance to take a lot of unique pictures in the dramatic scenery of the highlands, we even got to pet the cattle’s (not scheduled activity). We learned a lot about Scotland’s history and got insights on monuments, locations and famous people. Suggested experience, we had fun!

This was a wonderful...

This was a wonderful tour, even though it was a day with a fair bit of rain. The rain and the mist seemed to make the Highland places even more special. Our guide Jeff C was very informative and told us so many stories and played excellent music we recommend this tour very highly.

This was the only day...

This was the only day tour from Glasgow that covers a number of highland sights including both the Loch Ness and Loch Lomond. Our guide, Alan (Big Al) was exceptional and made our long day (almost 12 hours) very enjoyable and interesting. His is very knowledgeable about the area and kept us engaged through out the day. The Highlands produces so many beautiful angles and views through out the journey and he stopped and let us see and enjoy every one of them while sharing the relevant history of Scotland. Overall, it was very enjoyable day for us and a big thanks to Alan and the tour company (Discover Scotland Tour) who kept the tour despite only two of us traveling that day.

Gorgeous Places in the Scottish Highlands

This is a fantastic overview of the Scottish Highlands. The sites visited on this excursion are wonderful, especially Inveraray! Even though it was showery off and on, the Highlands were beautiful and the stops were interesting. June, our guide, did a great job telling us about the area....and our driver was excellent. Suggestion: Maybe one less stop so more time could be spent in both Inveraray and Luss.

Graeme is an excellent guide!

Great trip. Graeme was our guide and he was excellent. He learned a little about each of us and tried to tailor conversations to us. His knowledge of Scotland and the area was unbelievable. Even better, he had us laughing almost the entire trip. I have been on many other tours with other companies and Graeme was by far the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend.

Breathtaking 5 Star 3 Day Tour!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC TOUR! Honestly can’t say enough - everything was perfect: ease of pickup, comfort within the small 16 passenger coach, spectacular itinerary, homey accommodations in the town of Portree with the sweetest hosts, and the star of the adventure…..our guide Jim! He expertly maneuvered that coach van through the sometimes tricky highland roads like a true professional. He was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable - all with a wee bit of Scottish humor and a fine kilt! My husband and I came to trust in and rely on Jim for just about everything! Glencoe

Taylor and Blair were friendly, informative, and funny. Taylor did a fabulous job of driving the bus and giving great insight about the landmarks and relevant people that were tied to them. They were very accommodating and reworked the schedule to see the train cross the track (it was not the steam train but that’s out of their control). They added Scottish music to listen to on the bus which was a really nice touch. We also loved our fun surprise at the end!
