What are people saying about Glasgow

An excellent tour of the Glasgow murals.
David is an excellent tour guide. He not only showed us murals, he also explained the background of the work and the artists. We believe that he knows a lot more than he showed us! But with the time constraint, he can only show us about 8 murals and sculptures. I wish we could see more pieces in the Tour.

Incredible tour guide and route.
I cannot express enough what a great tour guide Alan was for this! From the first conversation he was so friendly and sociable in the best kind of way, not overbearing but not low chat.
He gave us a complete descriptions of parts we were passing as we left Glasgow and then more so on the road. Some really interesting history and local insight.
He managed to keep us on schedule whilst also creating a fun experience for us, stopping off at 'secret' local spots to see all we can and get great photo ops. I can't believe how many photos I took!
He recommended the very best lunch spots and it may have been some of the best lunch over ever had.
We saw so much of the Highlands and the surrounding beauties than we would have solo.
This was the main reason I visited and I feel like the day got everything I wanted from it. He was also more than happy to take pictures with your phone if requested.
Big Al is a legend, thank you for a fantastic tour. I hope you have a Lagavulen for me! - DR

Brilliant day
What a brilliant day out, a full day of seeing some of the best & beautiful scenery. (All be it the weather was bad) A 8.30 start, met by our driver at the bus station who was very informative and told many a tale throughout the day!.
Be prepared it is 11 hours long but well worth it and we had quite a few stops to stretch your legs.
Best part is of course seeing the Jacobite steam train going over the viaduct.
Fully recommend and good value for money.

Day trip to Glencoe, Loch Ness and the Highlands
Wonderful day trip! There was so much packed into it, it was well worth the money. Our driver Caitlin was very informative and entertaining with her commentary which made the day even more enjoyable. Apparently, we covered over 300 miles, which is, as you'd agree a lot of Scotland to see in one day!

Engaging and detailed walking tour of Glasgow
Tour guide Gabe was a true font of information about the history and culture of Glasgow. Gabe was full of fun anecdotes and answered every question even random ones with thorough and informed answers. It was really one of the best walking tours I’ve had of a city in quite a long time.!

Taylor is awesome!
Taylor was great! He was very smart, informative, dry-witted funny, and was welcoming to any questions or insights on the tour! He also gave me a little Nessie for me to take home for my daughter! Would definitely come back for Timberbush tours for him as a tour guide!

Great way to spend a day outside of Glasgow
Great overview of the highlands and fantastic tour guide Derek! We spent the day driving around Loch Lomond with a lunch break at Inverary Castle and then went on to the ruins of Kilchurn Castle. Derek was a wealth of knowledge since he lived here his whole life.

Great tour - we loved every minute!
This was our favorite excursion of the entire trip. Sandra was a fabulous guide - she gave us lots of information and she was friendly and fun. We got to see a lot of things in one day and did not feel rushed. This tour made me fall in love with Scotland.

Absolutely loved this!!
I had an absolutely incredible trip, which ended up being the highlight of my trip to Scotland. I had been nervous about the tour, since I was travelling solo, but as soon as I met the guide all my nerves melted away. Caitlin was super kind, as were the seven others on the tour, and the small size of the tour made it feel like a personal group trip. And there were plenty of bathroom stops and places to get food throughout the day, which had been another of my worries. The drive was also very comfortable, and photo opportunities were plentiful.
The tour itself was incredible! The weather happened to be amazing that day, so we could see everything so clearly, and the highlands are just breathtaking. Caitlin was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with fascinating stories about the sights and played us a variety of Scottish music to set the scene. I actually ended up finding her playlists on Spotify afterwards. I didn't just see the highlands and learn more about them, I had an incredible day that left me wanting to return with my friends and share the experience with them.
I would highly recommend this tour! And if you happen to get Caitlin as a guide, consider yourself very lucky!! She is a very big part of why this tour was so great for me.

We had a great time....
We had a great time. Davey even wrangled the cows for us, even though the place was crowded, so our group was able to meet all 3.
We chose this tour because it’s one of the few without that crazy 11/12 hour timeline. It was well paced between driving and exploring. Would recommend.

Red bus tour with scones!
This was a lot of fun. The food was fabulous. The staff was friendly and courteous. We met nice people to talk to as well The rest stop turned out to be a very interesting museum worth browsing through as well. I recommend this tour if you love scones and sweets!

Fantastic tour with Davy
We had one of the best experiences, partly because we got in the bus with a live guide who was really funny - Davy! He was hilarious to the point where no one wanted to get off the bus because we enjoyed it so much. The tour itself is really well structured and so much to see.
