This tour is wonderful in every way. Neils, who leads this tour is an enthusiastic and kind young man. When I fell behind at the Ice Caves, reassuringly Neils stayed behind and climbed the stairs till I reached the Escalators to the top where the Train was. Throughout the tour Neils gave us valuable information. The tour started from a coach station. However, Neils waited at the meeting point mentioned on the Viator website. The scenery is magnificent from the top of Mont Blanc.

Nice tour to Annency

It's a fifty minute bus ride from Geneva to Annency which is a cute little town in France across the border. It's on a river and a lake with a promenade. Our group was maybe 18 people. The town is hilly and the guide took us up a very steep road to a plateau or something. Then down to an area of shops an restaurants. We bought a few clothing items and had coffee and wonderful crepes. The guide did a very good job, a friendly guy. The tour is a few hours not counting the bus rides back and forth. One thing, Viator should have says you will need your passports. We don't carry them but fortunately we didn't get stopped and asked. I recommend this tour. American family of four with children.

The most amazing and unique cruise! Julien. The young skipper is easily likeable and leaves a lasting impression on his guests. The boat and the whole experience is his brilliant idea. Uniquely it felt as if we were in a sitting room to have a most relaxing time. My daughter couldn’t resist jumping into lake Geneva to swim round the boat! Really appreciated Juliens effort to make contact the day before to try and find out what drink we would enjoy during the cruise. Our tour guide- Gabor provided wonderful insights and knowledge on the Gruyere Cheese factory and Chocolate (Callier) factory. Also on our 1.5 hour drive from Geneva to the Cheese and chocolate factories he pointed out landmarks and interesting facts along the way as we experienced the lovely scenery! Highlights -The Medieval Village of Gruyère Cheese and its history. The chocolate factory which reminded me of the Willy Wonka factory entering the different rooms and the doors would close after you… Recommend the Alien cafe and HR Giger museum a must visit if you’re a Sci fi fan and enjoyed the Alien movies!

Eat, Drink, and be merry!

Sebastian was a great guide, knew much about Geneva and its history both past and present and interjected stories that made it interesting. The fondue and wine was a nice touch but it was tricky eating and drinking at times due to the speed. We also couldn’t hear him at times due to the wind hitting the overhead tarp that was really noisy. Maybe a microphone would help?! However, we throughly enjoyed our tour and he took us in and out many places of interest. Highly recommend!

Far Beyond Expectations

As a person with mobility issues, I couldn’t have asked for a better excursion or the person running it. He was beyond helpful and went far beyond what we thought we were paying for. We saw things we would have never seen had we gone with the typical excursion. By the time we had finished the tour, we were friends and felt like family. If you ever wanted to hire someone to show you so much mire than you expected, for a price that was more than fair, this is your guy.

10/10! Phenomenal

This was a 10/10 experience from start to finish! Tony was a phenomenal tour guide who was very knowledgeable, fun, timely, and helpful in answering any and all questions. The tour was structured with a great timeline that was followed down to the minute. We had plenty of space on the tour bus, lots of time to explore Chamonix, Mont-Blanc, and the ice cave. We were always given two options of return times to the group for flexibility of time spent in each area. We did end up hitting 5.5 miles of walking (including 10 minute walk to and from bus meet up) so make sure you have comfortable shoes. Make sure to look online at the temperature for the tip of Mont-Blanc versus Chamonix. We had about a 40-degree F swing between the two. Would 100% recommend! I will remember this experience forever
