This was easily one of the best tours I have ever done. Carlos was a fantastic guide and made sure we enjoyed every moment. He was informative, extremely knowledgeable and fun! The fondue and wine were delicious and an absolute must for a Tuk Tuk tour of Geneva. I highly recommend. A not to be missed experience!!

Fun activity and a great way to see the sights while enjoying a glass of wine and some exceptional fondue! Sadly it was pouring with rain when we did the tour so didn’t see as much as we would have liked. Having said that, our guide/driver was very friendly and informative and would recommend it to others.

I would have given this 5 stars, while the tuk tuk driver was extremely informative, we were told we’d receive a fondue “dinner” from the”best” fondue restaurant in town - while it was pretty fun to have it served on the tuk tuk, we did receive bread and potatoes to dip in cheese. But since we paid $379 for two, for a drive around the city while eating “an appetizer” and having one drink, I don't think the price is aligned with the menu portion of the description. Immediately following, I asked for a partial refund since I wasn't served dinner (anyone who has had fondue knows meat and veggies are included along with dessert. This was a “snack” at best.). We were immediately turned down. No reason was given. For a company that prides themselves on service and reviews are key, I feel this was a huge fail. I've used Viator in almost every country I've visited and this was definitely a disappointment. For my upcoming trip to Italy ill be seeking other options.
My rec: save your money for the real fondue experience - Take a tour but I don't recommend this one at this price per person for bread and cheese.

However, we would like to clarify that in Switzerland, as well as for the vast majority of our guests, cheese fondue is traditionally considered a full meal. It is typically served with bread, exactly as described and delivered during your tour. The type of fondue involving meat or vegetables is a different specialty (fondue bourguignonne or chinoise), and not part of this experience.
We also wish to mention that the request for a partial refund was reviewed and declined directly by Viator, not by our team.
We do our best to describe our tours clearly and honestly, and we’re proud to see that most of our guests leave with great memories of this unique and authentic moment, tasting a Swiss classic while discovering Geneva by TukTuk.
Expectations may vary, and we respect your point of view, but we stand by the value and authenticity of the experience we offered.

This tour was truly a disappointment. We spent over $800 to transport our family from Zurich and back for a chance to see even some of the highlights of Geneva. Instead, we saw the Jet d’Eau fountain from afar (could not even stop for photos), the longest bench in the world and a park. The ride was also very bumpy; therefore, uncomfortable for my aging parents. We asked if we can at least see the UN but was told that we won’t have time as it’s on the other side of the lake. The tuktuk driver was a student so evidently not an experienced tour guide. He did not have much to share about Geneva or the sights we saw. While I don’t fault him for this experience, I do feel that the tour operator could do a better job at making this experience better for their guests. The fondue does NOT compensate for the disappointing experience.

After reviewing the details with your guide, we understand that the tour began with a delay of over 10 minutes while waiting for your group to arrive. As your itinerary required a timely arrival at your next destination, the shortened tour duration unfortunately limited the number of stops we could include. While we typically extend the tour time in such situations, your tight schedule on the day made this adjustment difficult.
Regarding the ride comfort, we understand that the cobbled streets of Geneva’s Old Town can be a bit bumpy, especially for older guests. However, we hope the beautiful architecture and historic charm of the area still offered some enjoyment for your parents during the journey.
Your guide was indeed new to our team and still gaining confidence in his role. We’ve already provided him with feedback and are supporting him to become more proactive in engaging with guests and tailoring the experience to their interests.

Drove through the city without much information. Wish they spent less time driving city streets. Not sure why we drove to the restaurant to get the food as part of the tour.

Our guide made all the difference! We had a fantastic evening with Mohammed leading us through the sights of Geneva. The fondue was excelllent, but Mohammed made sure we had everything we wanted. When my wife left her wrap in the Tuk Tuk, he went the extra mile to return it to her. Highly recommend the tour with Mohammed!

Our tour was GREAT. Our tuk tuk was on time and easy to fine (there’s nothing like it in Geneva). Our driver, Mohammad, was sweet and informative. What a blast to drive around to highlights of Geneva all while eating tasty fondue and sipping on some nice wine. A very memorable experience. Such a fun touristy thing to do.
