Great overview of Geneva with just enough info. The bus tour to international section was good and the stop at the broken chair and UN were just enough. When the bus dropped us off and we walked over the bridge, the showers began but we joined the petit train which helped stay dry and drove us all through the old town with good commentary. It would have been nice if the bus was allowed to stop by the flower clock for photos but it did not and the Jet d’eau was closed for maintenance but no fault of the tour company.

The first part of the tour was on a large bus and was ok - the second part of the tour was on a tram and much better.

The tram experience is dedicated to the Old Town portion of the tour, where its smaller size is ideal for navigating the historic streets.

Berry was the most fabulous guide - so full of vivacious, infectious energy. She is from Geneva and clearly knows everything there is to know about her city. My flight was late frmo the airport I tried to cancel the trip but system did not let me. I was charged 100% for no show. I believe it would be fair to refund at least 50%, considering it was not my fault

The tour had a comprehensive summary of Geneva and it summed up all we wanted to do into 2 hrs which was really great for us. The tour guide (Gabriel) was fun and witty and explained as we passed through each location. I’ll definitely recommend for anyone who has a few days in Geneva and would like a tour that covers most major places in the city.

Gabriel was our guide. He was very warm and friendly. He kept us informed about everything from where the restroom was located in the bus terminal, to where we could find the bus after taking photos at the Broken Chair & UN. It rained the day of our tour, but it was still a good tour. We rode the tour bus for an hour and transferred to the tram for the second hour that had encased plexiglass so we wouldn't get wet. The tram tour was multilingual so it was easy to understand where you were and what you were seeing. Gabriel met us back at the end to answer any questions.
There is also a cafe that is next door to the bus station where you meet to take this tour. You can grab a sandwich, snack and beverage before your tour starts. You can literally see into the waiting area so no worries about being left behind.

Terrible. We arrived at the location 10 minutes before departure and checked in at the office and were told the bus hadn’t arrived. So we waited in the lot until 15 minutes after our departure time. When we called Viator to request a refund, they said they would get back to us. I just received an email declining my request. According to them the bus was on the lot and left on time despite the office on the lot telling us it hadn’t arrived yet. Terrible customer service. Very disappointed!

Even if you don't wait in our office, on the bus station there is a sign , the bus has the name of the tour. If you just wait inside without looking around, you miss the tour. Good overview of the city. The first part is by bus and the international district. It was interesting bit mostly looking at business buildings. The second half of the Old Towne was much more interesting and enjoyable.

I feel the need to review the tour described below. This was a 2 hour bus tour. As we departed the lot the guide announced it would be a walking tour because the driver had to get to the airport. He knew about this but alllowed us to board the bus anyway. I am sure we would have cancelled as I am scheduled for knee surgery and wanted a bus tour. 45 minutes into the tour the bus stopped and made us deboard and start the walking portion. While our guide was knowledgeable, he hurried and only those surrounding him could hear him or see him for that matter. He then when off script again and had to walk part of our group to the doc to catch a boat making the walk even farther.

An underwhelming tour of two parts. The first is a drive by a few international organizations, including the UN. The second is a team ride through old town. The second part was nice but the first, unless you are a big UN fan, can be skipped. Guide is pleasant but.information provided was superficial. Not bad all in all.

Our tour guide Gabriel was knowledgeable, approachable, and upbeat! Despite the rain, our guide kept the tour lively and we had a great time! This tour is run by Swisstour. Miss the tour since the Viator did not named it. Was there 10 minutes before and unable to find bus in the bus station. However the Swisstour was able help and arrange the half price tour wihch was very limited. Of course no refund

We also have a big office just on the bus station in case you feel lost. The office is open from 7 to 7pm, seven days a week, also available on the phone. We are sorry but there is no refund if you miss the tour. At least, you could do an alternative tour. Best regards

We were informed ita 2 hour city tour, with mini train trip at the end, instead we were given a 90 minute tour, and the last bit of the tour, we had to walk in the old town, and we were told the mini train only operates in summer. THIS WAS NOT SPECIFIED WHEN BOOKING. IF ID OF KNOW THERE WAS WALKING INVOLVED, I would not of gone on this tour, I’m an amputee. Very poor and disappointing. The guide did his best but in the end when he said walking was involved, we got off and had to get an Uber back to hotel, as our coach was on another journey.

Excellent tour to include both tour bus journey and walking with excellent commentary. Our tour guide Gabriel was fabulous. He was polite, friendly and approachable, has extensive knowledge on Geneva and was able to answer all questions. This tour was a great way to see the City of Geneva. Gabriel was so knowledgeable and you could tell he loved this city!! He shared all the history even the little known facts. The sights came alive under his commentary. He kept a good walking pace for the entire group. Highly recommend asking for Gabriel when you take this a tour!! I recommend going on. Sunday as the city is less crowded.

I needed a quick tour and history lesson and this tour filled the bill for a good price. Gabriel the first guide was sensational. The second part is on a tram that drives through the old city streets and isn’t a real train, but was fine. You get a generous five minute stop at broken chair. You drive by the flower clock and get good views of the fountain. Happy to leave a five star review. Pick up is at the bus station and look for staff in red jackets. End of tour is by the lake where the tram ride starts.
