Great cruise with good wine and a great host. Chistoph was phenomenal. He told us great stories of Geneva and was friendly as can be. I recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Geneva from the lake

A great way to spend some time in Geneva. Relaxed and fun. You'll have a few nibbles and a glass or two of wine. The Skipper was terrific and made everyone feel at ease.
Small group of no more than 12…Captain was charming and pointed to many of the historic buildings as we cruised. A gorgeous evening with wine and apéritif was enjoyed by our group. Pictures at the Jet d’ Eau were a final highlight.
The tour was promoted as 2 hours, but lasted only 50 minutes. Very little info shared and much of what was said was not understandable.
Scenic cruise in the evening seeing the sights on Lake Geneva with tasty wine and cheese. We really enjoyed it.
A gentle and quiet ride in an electric boat in the Geneva harbour. Very relaxing on a beautiful sunny afternoon. Apero and glass of wine were nice but the offer of a second glass of wine would have been a nice touch.

A good introduction to the city and an interesting viewpoint from which to see it. An hour is just the right length. Bonus that wine and nibbles were included!

Christof was terrific and very informative, we had the boat to ourselves and had an awesome time. Wine and cheese was the perfect touch and added to the experience.
It was very difficult to find the meeting place. It was not well marked and instructions were virtually non-existent. The actual tour on the boat was quite pleasant.
Excellent hour long tour of lake Geneva (I think the boat seated 12 in total) looked after by our captain Eric, who was a great host! A choice of red or white wine, or apple juice and a small selection of snacks was a nice touch. Frequent stops at different points to tell us about the lake and local points of interest. Getting so close to the Jet d’Eau was a great experience and fab for photos. Many thanks - would recommend.
The operator is very unprofessional, and They are not cooperative at all. I am not recommend them to any one. The Yellow taxis give better treatment and better experience than this unnecessary tour.
It was last tour of day and we were the only ones so had a private ride. Good communication where to meet. Nice little selection of cheese and breadsticks oh and. Nice cold glass of white wine or you could have had red. Informative commentary
It was a lovely boat ride around Lake Geneva. I would recommend it to everyone! The boat operator and tour guide knew a lot about the lake and surrounding area and he was kind enough to pause next to Jet d'eau so thet we could take pictures. We had wine and cheese and crackers while we enjoyed a pleasant hour on the lake. Magnifique!
We had an excellent introduction to Lake Geneva with our guide Eric. The food and wine were a nice touch. We did have some difficulties locating the meet-up point but were fortunate to find another group.
The Boat Captain was very good and kind.
An excellent tour of The Lake. He explained the history of the beautiful houses and Park we saw & the United Nations Building, the beaches & the Swimming areas & Diving Platform. . We were lucky as the cloud had cleared & we got a great view of Mt Blanc.
The memories will last longer than the boat trip.
It was great that he took us close to the base of Jet d”Eau
The wine & the appetisers were nice. As I had arrived early I saw the Captain tidying up & sanitising the tables after the previous trip. .

It was a beautiful day for a boat ride. Cooling off near the fountain spray was perfect. Eric was informative and kind. Thank you for the wine and local treats.
The cruise was nice, but the boat pilot was not very engaging. The cheese and crackers were good, but we expected more than 1 single serving of 5 ounces of wine. Two glasses would have been nice.
It was a lovely experience. Our captain was friendly and knowledgeable. The aperitif was a nice touch. My only negative comment is that it was very difficult to find the dock. There was no sign. We needed to ask a number of people to help us. Good thing we arrived early.
Nice and easy short trip around Lake Geneva if you are in town for work. We had the afternoon open before flying out and took the boat ride and an early dinner. Snacks and wine included.

This operator will insist you raft in an active thunder and lightning storm and refuse a request to cancel due to unsafe conditions. Viator will refuse to assist and deny a refund request.
An absolutely terrible experience. Bought and paid for tickets only to board the boat - with tickets- and be told half an hour in that we had to leave because the service was overbooked and the Viator tickets were not showing up. This was despite showing a receipt paying for the trip.
the captain was very kind but ultimately had more people than seats and this was as a booking issue. Do not book this service unless you want to risk being asked to disembark after you have taken seats and begun your evening. Honestly, never known anything like it. After that, had to walk to the local office to ask for a refund because apparently they can’t deal with this even when you have a receipt. ask yourself - why book here when there are so many others with no reviews indicating you will be removed from the boat after your night has started.

Perfect length trip at 1 hour. Near-silent solar powered boat. Very pleasant host, answered lots of questions but didn’t talk all the time so we could just enjoy the trip.A lovely end to our day.
I booked a boat tour in Geneva for 5 VIP business partners of us. I paid the tour and after that I received the confirmation and the tickets. Around 2 hours before the tour just got an email that the tour is cancelled. It was a VERY unpleasant situation how to explain to pur business partners. And stil the paid amount is not reimbursed!!
Great cruise of the lake, narrated with some facts and history of the area and snacks/drinks to round out the experience. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience. It was a very nice boat, the snacks were good, and the guide was friendly. Some of these tour boats fit so many people they are more like ferries but this was a nicer, smaller boat that fit about a dozen or so people. I would highly recommend it.
