Even though we ended up with torrential rains, our guide turned it into a learning experience that was lots of fun. The city walls tour was a separate tour, with a separate tour guide named Gorran (not sure of spelling). Tons of spells and walking. But, at 70 years old, if I can do it, so can you!!

Even if you have not seen GOT in a while , our guide with the help of visual photos of the scenes but us in context and it was then easy to recall every sceen. We also appreciated all the information about how the city of Dubrovnik dealt with HBO. Mario our guide was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience on the Old Town Dubrovnik Food Tour. Our guide, Maris, was excellent—her English was perfect, and she had such a warm, friendly, and engaging demeanor. She was extremely knowledgeable about Dubrovnik and Croatian food culture and did a great job explaining the history and traditions behind everything we tasted. The tour was informative without ever feeling overly structured, and the food was delicious. Maris made the experience especially memorable. Highly recommended!

Great tour of Dubrovnik city walls. Our guide was very knowledgeable with his own personal experiences as a local shared humbly. We went around the walls at a good pace with useful information provided along the way to paint a picture of Dubrovnik in the distant past and recent past. Care taken to ensure water and toilet stops were provided.

A lovely way to spend the afternoon - Mislav our driver was super knowledgeable about Croatian history. Ivo, the winery owner, was extremely welcoming and happy to answer all our questions. The food and wine were excellent, as were the views. And a short visit to Cavtat was the perfect way to round it all off.

This tour was amazing. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Inside the walls of Dubrovnik was so unbelievable. Having a guided tour of the city was great !! The cable car ride was wonderful and gave you an opportunity to see everything from such a view. The city and its history were undoubtedly indescribable and getting to walk the walls was was a must do. ( start the walls at the front west corner and get the hard work done at the beginning, bring water on the walls walk or you’ll be sorry. ) Is a must do tour !!

We had an excellent experience with our Dubrovnik tour guide, Kim. What really set her apart was that she was born and raised in Dubrovnik, which brought so much depth to the tour. She was able to share firsthand knowledge of the city’s history while also giving thoughtful insight into what life is like there today, including the current cultural and social climate. Beyond the history, she was incredibly helpful in offering practical advice for tourists—what to do, what to avoid, and how to make the most of our time in the city without falling into common tourist traps. Her guidance felt honest, current, and very well-informed. Her restaurant recommendations were also outstanding and ended up being some of our favorite meals of the entire trip. We especially loved the pizza at Tabasco Pizzeria, the gelato from Peppino’s Gelato, and the cheese baruk at Holy Baruk. She was a true professional—warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about her city. We would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Dubrovnik.

We had a great time on this trip. Worth booking the lunch option. Crew were fantastic; Nikki and the captain were particularly good fun. Sunj beach was worth the walk (note it's not separate to the Lopud island stop) unfortunately the botanic gardens were closed. There was not time to do much on the other islands, but they were picturesque for a walk
