      A Wonderful Adventure!

      Tara_T, Apr 2026
This tour was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Dubrovnik. It was the perfect escape from the busy Old Town, and our guide, Juraj, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel effortless. The ride was easy and enjoyable for all levels, it was mostly comfortable downhill cycling with just a few VERY small inclines. A major surprise was visiting St. Barbara’s, the region’s second UNESCO site—something we never would have discovered on our own. The planned stops along the route were thoughtful and informative, giving us a deeper look into Croatian history and culture. We especially appreciated the warm welcome at the historic mill, where the staff shared stories and traditions we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. The wine tasting at a family‑owned winery was a standout moment. The owner was incredibly informative, explaining the unique local vines and offering tastings of their wines, which were simply amazing. As two female travelers, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire tour. This experience was well‑organized, relaxed, and full of authentic local touches. If you’re looking to explore the rural side of Dubrovnik, this tour is a must do!

A fun, scenic, informative ride that concludes with wine and cheese!

      Jeff_A, Oct 2025
Our guide, Juri picked us up at the cruise terminal and drove us out of Dubrovnik to a small village of Dubravka, where our bike tour began. We visited the St. Barbara’s necropolis, a UNESCSO World Heritage Site. We continued down the road to Sokol Grad and stopped to tour the scenic fortress. Our next stop on the tour was a small nature preserve. We looked at the ancient viaducts and visited two small water powered mills that have been restored and actually operate today. Our final stop was a lovely winery. Our host gave us a short tour of the vineyards and then we tasted some fantastic wine and cheeses. We had a great time! We really enjoyed our guide, Juri. The bike tour was fun, scenic, informative and ending the tour at a great winery was perfect!

A Hidden Gem of a Tour — Biking, Wine & Beautiful Views!

      Jamie_G, Jul 2025
This Rural Biking & Wine Tasting Tour was hands down one of our favorite experiences while in Dubrovnik. It was the perfect combination of activity, scenery, and relaxation — and our guide was absolutely amazing. Super knowledgeable, kind, and fun — he made the day feel personal and special from beginning to end. The biking route took us through peaceful countryside (luckily mostly downhill) and into a gorgeous national park, with stops that were both scenic and informative. The pace was manageable for all levels, and the small samplers along the way were a great bonus — refreshing and local, giving us a real taste of the area. The winery stop at the end was the perfect reward. It was quaint, family-run, and completely charming. The wine tasting was relaxed and cozy, with fantastic local wines, homemade cheese, and a peaceful setting that felt worlds away from the busy city. If you’re looking for something unique and authentic just outside Dubrovnik, this is it. Between the beautiful nature, the great wine, and an incredible guide, it was the perfect way to spend a day.

      Rural biking & winery

It was fantastic. We enjoyed the biking with Yuri. The bikes are well maintained & it’s mostly downhill. The countryside was so beautiful & we enjoyed the cultural stops. The winery was also very special as the settling was idyllic. The wine was quite good & we enjoyed meeting the sommelier. I am so glad we were able to have the experience in rural Croatia.

Thank you dear Susan, we are so happy that everything worked out great with your scheadule and that you had such a great time out. Safe travels to you!

Great and Unique Cycling and Wine Tour

      Ziad_E, Oct 2024
This is one of the highlights of our weeklong stay in Dubrovnik. Juraj was a great host and tour guide. His passion for his country and his company are evident. He knows a ton about the history of the area. He has created a really nice and unique tour. Juraj picked us up at our hotel at 8 and dropped us off around 2. The biking - easy. Mostly down hill. If you can get on a bike, you can do this biking tour. Along the way, Juraj took time to stop by fig and pomegranite trees and we had some of both. The roads are not busy and the scenery is beautiful. The bikes were serviced and in good condition. Comfortable. The sights - very interesting stops and sights. Sokol Grad and the winery were my favorites. The winery tour - Renata was amazing. It is her family's vineyard and she is very passionate about the wine that they produce. The setting of the wine tasting is beatiful becuase you are surrounded by mountains. The wine itself was delicious! I would recommend this tour to anyone that enjoys cycling and wine.

Thank you so much Ziad, it truly was a fun day out! All the best to you and take care!

Leisurely guided bike tour - a must see

      Beth_G, Sep 2024
We absolutely loved our morning of rural biking with Juraj! He was an incredible guide. The biking was not strenuous, mostly downhill. He gave us so much history of the area, stopped at beautiful and interesting places that were off the beaten path. He topped it off with a visit to a lovely local winery where we had 5 wines and fresh, delicious snacks. I highly recommend this trip.

      Response from Host, May 2025

Thank you so much dear Beth, we can’t wait for you guys to come back, there’s so much more to see! In the meantime, take care!

      An amazing off-the-beaten-path experience!

      Wendy_L, Jun 2024
What a morning! Our amazing guide, Yuri, drove us an hour into the hills beyond Dubrovnik, to a working farm. From there we rode through beautiful scenery (almost all downhill) to a UNESCO necropolis, a 14th century fortress, a mill and a vineyard before being driven back to our hotel. A highlight of our trip!

      Response from Host, May 2025

Yuri the man! Thank you Wendy, always nice to hear you liked the countryside. All the best to you!

Personalised bike tour and wine tasting away from the tourist crush

      Natasha_B, Oct 2023
Our guide, Juraj, has created a fantastic personalised, boutique cycle tour away from the tourist crowds in a unique setting. We loved the countryside, historic sites, local history and all in such peace and tranquility. The Bratos vineyard and wine tasting provided by our hostess, Renata, was excellent and informative and again a personalised experience on a small and intimate scale. Would highly recommend this cycle tour!
