Hidden treasures a must experience
The Hidden Gems tour of Dublin was a tremendous experience! We really enjoyed learning about Irish history and getting insights into the local culture and community.
Ian, our guide, was amazing! He brought a combination and wit and humor that kept us engaged and involved to the end.

Highly recommend!
This was a fantastic “hike”. Slightly steep climb in parts on the cliffs, but very manageable overall. Patrick was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and generous with his local recommendations. You should do it! (And the food at The Bloody Stream was so good!)

This is a great place to...
This is a great place to learn about the history of Irish emigration and how it has impacted the world. We moved slowly through the exhibits on our own and finished in one hour. Definitely worth going to learn about Ireland, but it’s not going to take up much time in your day.

This is a great trip if...
This is a great trip if you are looking to get away from the busy city of Dublin to enjoy the nature of the coast. On the 40 minute ride out, the driver provides historical and cultural information. The cliff walk is spectacular, BUT WEAR APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR for hiking on a pathway that is dirt or loose stone/gravel and often wide enough for one person. I would not suggest this hike if you have mobility issues. HOWEVER, the driver does provide the option to skip the hike and drive you directly to Howth. It is a short trip, so if you take your time on the hike to enjoy the beauty and take pictures, it does cut down your time to explore and have lunch in the village.

Biking City Adventure
An overall great way to explore the city. The bikes allowed us to cover more area than walking alone and be more part of the environment than a hop on hop off. The guides weee fantastic. Though we were a large group with over 15 never felt detached. The guides was beyond knowledgeable about history, honest about the times both past and present, funny, and genuinely worked to get to know everyone.
Unlike other bike tours we stopped a little longer but still covered a lot of ground with off the beaten path insights.
Total total was just about 2.5 hours and we appreciated the recommendation to jump on the dart to visit Howth.

A fantastic memory...
We booked this trip with our 3 kids ages between 9 and 15 and all of them (and us) really enjoyed it. It was the perfect evening for the sunset and the journey to the other side of the island to see a close up of cute Puffins and various other birds, nestled on the sides of the cliffs and the caves below them was spectacular. We even got to see some swarms of jellyfish beside the island. We each got a chance to stand up the front (like Titanic) as we sailed towards the sunset. The atmosphere onboard was very good and the music over the speakers added to the vibe. The kids want to go again. It was a really well done trip.

Fun. Worth it.
This was fun. Be on time - early, really. They load up fast. First stop was stable for the led horse ride. The shuttle leaves with part of the group that does not choose to ride. After riding you are picked up and brought to small town for quick lunch. There are a couple shop in the area. Back on shuttle to a scenic bridge for quick stop, then the lake which you view from street above then a longer stop at a small town area where you can shop, walk to lakes, visit an old cemetery and church built in 1214. Then load up and drive is about an hour back to Dublin. Guide points out relevant spots along the way and we returned around 5p. I had 2 teens (16&19) with me. They thought it was a little long - mostly the last stop but had fun and got good photos. I wish we brought a small cooler with water and snacks. Bring a portable phone charger so you can take plenty of photos. There is a toilet at stable and the lunch stop and last stop have toilet areas.

Beautiful afternoon
This was a fantastic experience! We loved being on a smaller boat (only 11 people were on it). We got to get up close to the cliffs and see lots of birds and also seals. The cliffs were incredible and the skipper told us interesting information about Ireland's Eye and the wildlife. Exactly as described!

Fun day all around!
I was happy I signed up for this tour. I was only able to stay a short stay in Dublin this visit and this tour perfectly fit the bill. Ideally combining a little change of scenery from the city condensed in a manageable 3.5 hour time frame. It was only about a 30 or so minute train ride from Dublin to the meeting point in a pretty coastal town. Mark made the day a lot of fun and provided history, food, beer, laughs, and was even kind enough to share his pups who made an appearance. He was lovely and as a bonus I additionally met nice people who I could share the day with. I’d recommend!

Great Time On Our Only Night In Dublin
Rob was a fantastic guide - genial, friendly, curious and a great story teller. We had a group of ~20 from all over - Iceland, Germany, Italy, US, Canada and elsewhere and everyone got along great. It started off a bit slow but things started flowing after some social lubricant and by stopping at 4 different pubs we were able to mix up who we sat with and talked to. We only had a single night in Dublin and were very happy to have spent it on this tour.

Highly engaging/education daylong tour
We had a wonderful experience with Gillian as our private tour guide for the day. She picked us up at the airport (after an overnight flight) and kept us engaged throughout the day - we learned a lot from her about the history of Ireland and the people and culture.

Tap into your Irish roots!
This was so much fun. I was a bit hesitant as a solo traveler to do this one, but I’m so glad I did! I actually had one of the best seats in the house, learned some dance moves and made some new friends. It’s really a fun experience and I highly recommend it to everyone! The dancers are phenomenal and we had a great singer as well. Just a fantastic day connecting with my Irish roots.
