What are people saying about Dublin

Great first day in Dublin
James was a fantastic guide. He was extremely knowledgeable about the city. I highly recommend going on this tour on your first day in Dublin. That way you get to know the city right from the beginning. I do suggest bringing water plus being ready to walk and stand for the entire tour. Plenty of shade during the stops.

Fun. Worth it.
This was fun. Be on time - early, really. They load up fast. First stop was stable for the led horse ride. The shuttle leaves with part of the group that does not choose to ride. After riding you are picked up and brought to small town for quick lunch. There are a couple shop in the area. Back on shuttle to a scenic bridge for quick stop, then the lake which you view from street above then a longer stop at a small town area where you can shop, walk to lakes, visit an old cemetery and church built in 1214. Then load up and drive is about an hour back to Dublin. Guide points out relevant spots along the way and we returned around 5p. I had 2 teens (16&19) with me. They thought it was a little long - mostly the last stop but had fun and got good photos. I wish we brought a small cooler with water and snacks. Bring a portable phone charger so you can take plenty of photos. There is a toilet at stable and the lunch stop and last stop have toilet areas.

The only way is Howth
If you want a mix of historical facts and entertainment then this is the tour for you. Our driver, Gerry got his audience involved from the start and personalised the tour in a great way. Gerry had great knowledge of the local area and a wealth of knowledge on the music scene used very well. The scenery from the walk back from Howth hill was spectacular with very scenic coastal views and an abundance of wildlife. Once back in Howth there was a market to look round and many restaurants for differing palates. There was also the Bloody Stream, a cool pub underneath the station for the Guinness lovers. The harbour was full of fishing boats and a few seals were checking out the boats for food. The duration was just right to fill up a morning of sightseeing and entertainment. Well worth booking.

Beautiful afternoon
This was a fantastic experience! We loved being on a smaller boat (only 11 people were on it). We got to get up close to the cliffs and see lots of birds and also seals. The cliffs were incredible and the skipper told us interesting information about Ireland's Eye and the wildlife. Exactly as described!
