John, our guide was fantastic. It wasn't just a ride and listen tour, we had great conversations asking questions and he had all the answers. He is so knowledgeable in History, and we enjoyed the back-and-forth conversations about all of Dublin and beyond. We even continued a particular conversation over lunch together that was so interesting. Can't say enough about how great of a person and guide he is. We had a great day.

John, our tour guide, was amazing. Every stop on the tour was thoughtfully planned and fascinating. He made the trip seamless by helping us secure tickets to the Book of Kells (incredible) and the Guinness Storehouse. John was both informative and engaging, keeping us entertained and thoroughly enjoying the experience.

None of the 4 of us had ever visited Dublin before. John was the absolute best guide for us as he safely navigated the hectic streets - more chaotic today because Parliament was beginning it's session. Nonetheless, we accomplished a great deal, visiting Trinity college and the Book of Kells plus a fascinating visit to the Kilmainham Gaol - and more! Lunch at the Brazen Head was a lot of fun. The Guinness never tasted better! Thank you, John, for a great day.

Very knowledgeable guide. Was very good to us and helped with wheelchair. Provided history of Dublin and was able to answer our every question. Took us where we wanted to go. Very nice van transportation.

John was full of historical information. He was able to get us tickets ahead of time so we avoided lines. He was very understanding of the issues we had getting tenders to the port.

John was a great guide. He’s passionate about his city and we learned a lot about Dublin! He took us to Book of Kells/Trinity Library, Dublin Castle, St Patrick Cathedral and Guinness. Before we went in each place, he gave us some background on what we’d see. Would definitely book his tour again!

We started with a drive around the city. Many sights to see but unfortunately, it was cool and rainy so. Except for St Patrick's Cathedral, we were in the van much of the morning. Lunched at the oldest pub in Dublin. Finished the day at Trinity College visiting the library and the Book of Kells. John was extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Definitely would recommend.

Great cruise port tour in Dublin from our ship. John was so informative and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed touring Dublin with him. We especially liked the stop for lunch. I had one place in mind and he said no- there’s a better place. Sometimes this means they take you to their aunts or cousins place. But we loved the pub he took us to. I think it was the oldest pub in Dublin. Very authentic. We had tickets to Guinness we booked in advance and that was really fun too. He was waiting right there for us when we got out.

We had a great time with John, he really did a superb job of giving us the details behind the history of Dublin and of Ireland. This is a great tour for those that want to get a whole perspective of the city. We were traveling with our teenagers and John was really engaged and knew how to make the history fun for them, I recommend him highly based on his knowledge and professionalism.
