Request Jesus Castro for top notch trip!!!!

Jesus Castro was our driver for the day. He did an excellent job. I highly recommend you requesting him. He helped me figure out how to maximize the efficiency of our time to cover as much ground as possible. He made sure we were safe when on foot and protected us from traffic. His recommendations were spot on. We were initially disappointed that we couldn't go to the most elevated viewpoint but he came through by taking us to the most wonderful bed and breakfast that had an amazing view. The host of the b&b was the sweetest lady. We had a really really good time and cant wait to visit again with Jesus.

Very cute monkeys. This is a monkey rescue which was nice to see. Photos taken were very good. We did not buy them though. You can take your own photos too. The staff were very nice and informative. The monkeys interacted well with guests and loved being outside playing on the grass and in the trees. You will get dirty. Great experience. Have fun!

Domingo of Santo Domingo is the genuine thing. An excellent tour guide truly warm and ready to help, explain and take you through the tour with great humor and patience. I’ve been to so many tours and he’s the rare type who enjoys his job, looks out for his guests and treats them well and by name! Pick up was on time and personable, ride was comfortable. Domingo guided us through the entire tour with great stories and details. We made it to the cenotes right before the crowds came in. The Lighthouse set the tone for how the day would go—smoothly and without stress. And yes, Boca Chica is crazy busy. So the warnings on how to deal with vendors was appreciated. The water was clean and very swimmable. So glad we only had six people in the tour and there was enough space for everyone. Lunch of fried fish was also quite good. For this price with a good lunch annd hotel pick ups and drop off I’d say it’s an excellent deal. Overall a great experience and I hope they value Domingo because he made all the difference.

No frills, but on time.

I have done a few airport transfers and this was seamless. They were exactly where they said they would be at the airport and only took 5-10 minutes from the time we found them until were were in our van and in our way. Pickup was great too, they arrived within 5 minutes of the time and we got to the airport with plenty of time (2 hours beforehand was plenty of time). I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again!

Great car service!!!

This was a great experience! The driver met us at the airport with a sign and we were off to the resort in no time. He was professional and the car was very clean. It was a very smooth trip on the return as well. Driver showed up to the resort on time and once again the vehicle was beautiful and clean. We arranged for transportation from the San Juan airport to our hotel through Viator . The provider they connected us with was San Juan shuttle services and tours. The entire experience from booking to airport pick up was excellent. We made our booking several months in advance of our trip for four people with a lot of luggage. Between booking and our trip Viator made periodic contact to ensure everything was in order. On the day we arrived at the San Juan airport the owner, Francisco, and the driver, his son Frankie met us at baggage claim with a sign identifying they were there for us. The next time we come to San Juan I would specifically look for San Juan shuttle services to provide our transportation.

We had a wonderful experience using this service. Their communication and attentiveness was excellent. I had messaged the company a few times at the airport from our home location to advise them we were delayed on our flight and the assured me it wasn’t an issue as they also kept up with all delays. Once we had exited the PUJ airport, our associate was easily visible with a sign with my name on it. He directed us to our vehicle with our driver and sent us on our way. Our driver kept us in a lighthearted conversation throughout our drive and gave us great tips on what to look for in PC. Wonderful experience overall! Will be using them again!
