This was our 2nd time with HQT and would recommend again!! Once you navigate through the mass of people at the airport, get your way outside. Then you'll have to just look at all the signs for your name. God bless the taxi driver that got us to the right place. After that, smooth sailing. Our driver was very professional and friendly without being intrusive.

From the moment I met the reservation, the service was flawless. They reached out to me on WhatsApp to let me know that they had the time of my arrival and where they would be waiting. When my flight was delayed in departure because of complications in Miami, and they messaged me that they were aware of my delay, and that there was no problem at all, and even told me the name of the driver that wouldn’t be waiting for me. The van is nice and roomy and clean great for groups or individual. He was the drive was safe comfortable I couldn’t complain about anything. They even had water and a delightful Coke waiting for me getting off of a flight with a lot of turbulence. I will not hesitate to use them again.

You have to go outside and across the street to find the representative of the transportation company. Not a problem if you know to do that. The gentleman who helped us had a shirt with the logo and made sure we got to the van without any issues. It was pouring rain and I felt safe in the van.

Very great service. The company was responsive to my questions after booking and confirmed pick up and drop off location. Suggested times based on anticipated traffic and flight departure time. My driver arrived on time and got me to the airport on time. Definitely recommend booking through this company!

We arranged for transportation from the San Juan airport to our hotel through Viator . The provider they connected us with was San Juan shuttle services and tours. The entire experience from booking to airport pick up was excellent. We made our booking several months in advance of our trip for four people with a lot of luggage. Between booking and our trip Viator made periodic contact to ensure everything was in order. On the day we arrived at the San Juan airport the owner, Francisco, and the driver, his son Frankie met us at baggage claim with a sign identifying they were there for us. The next time we come to San Juan I would specifically look for San Juan shuttle services to provide our transportation.

Christian waited for us with patience and was very communicative. He met us with a sign and was very friendly, even assisting us with exchanging money at a good rate. We also contracted him for transport to Boca Chica. His car was clean and smelled good. We enjoyed the conversation and his knowledge of the location. Gracias Christian por todo.

We arrived at the meeting point for pickup 10 minutes early and to our surprise the driver was there waiting with the air conditioned transport just as promised. Friendly and courteous he assisted loading our luggage and unloading. He was a good observant driver as I remained alert enroute to our destination the airport.
