Good Experience

We reserved a ride from the airport to our resort in Puerto Plata. Even though our flight was delayed by four hours the driver was there ready for us as we arrived. They track your flight in case of delays such as ours so there’s no worries of trying to find a ride. The vehicle was very clean and no doubt well maintained, and the driver was professional and courteous. We would normally take the airline transfer and this was our first time taking a cab which in this case was much more relaxing. I would recommend this company when flying into the Dominican Republic.

I used Viator for this booking, well in advance, I paid in full about a week before we needed the service and was happy. My communication with the Tour personal was a bit sketchy through the Viator Chat app. I wasn't getting a response from the Tour company but when I decided to use the Viator Chat App to talk directly to a Viator Rep. I wasn't disapointed and they ensured me everything was fine.Our ride was not a minute late to arrive at the designated time, Perfect. I don't have any complaints about Viator or the Tour company we used , it was pretty seamless. Viator is the only service I use when booking tours on our travels.

We arranged for transportation from the San Juan airport to our hotel through Viator . The provider they connected us with was San Juan shuttle services and tours. The entire experience from booking to airport pick up was excellent. We made our booking several months in advance of our trip for four people with a lot of luggage. Between booking and our trip Viator made periodic contact to ensure everything was in order. On the day we arrived at the San Juan airport the owner, Francisco, and the driver, his son Frankie met us at baggage claim with a sign identifying they were there for us. The next time we come to San Juan I would specifically look for San Juan shuttle services to provide our transportation.

Listen the service was top tier and the car was clean and nice also had WiFi on the ride to my airbnb. Love the communication before I even left Jamaica he told me what to look for when I get to the airport in Santo Domingo. The drive was smooth as well loved that he made me felt safe. When I got to my Airbnb I was having some issues getting in and he stayed to make sure we got in safely. Also brought the suitcase up over 15 flights of stairs . Love the fact that he is bilingual spoke good English because I know no Spanish. I loved his service so much I ended up using him to get to a few excursions he also took us in spoke to the people for us in their language absolutely loved that. If I’m to come back to the Dominican Republic I’ll definitely use his service again.

I would highly recommend booking with this family operated transport company. They go above and beyond! Coming in with our family of five, we were all able to ride together and fit all of our luggage into one vehicle. Great music and guides

The cruise was really fun. Before we could drink, they let volunteers snorkel. They couldn’t play the music there to make sure no one needed help in the water. Our catamaran then went to another location while they played the hip hop music from there. The unlimited drinks that were included was rum. I didn’t see any snacks maybe except pineapple slices. My family and I bought a bottle of our premium bottle of vodka. The cost was $100 for 750ml. The food was really expensive if you wanted a meal. Were requested only fries and o was quoted $20 for one serving. So just make sure you eat before you go and I hope you enjoy rum. Otherwise had a great time! The guides were checked on everyone during the ride and smooth transportation.
