Great for family! You will love it
The guide arrived on time, greeted us and told us the schedule, he was very friendly and accommodating. Had a lot of fun and stress free experience, even when some of my family members walk very slow. He was knowledgeable to teach us about the elephant and I absolutely felt safe the whole entire trip. Car was very roomy and new. Also the car AC was good.

This was a unique food...
This was a unique food tour that accentuated northern Thai cuisine, different from what many consider typical central Thai food. We tried may new dishes and Moui was very informative about the history of the dishes as well as showing and having us smell the spices that go into northern Thai foods. Be advised: there were many spicy dishes, but all very delicious!

Nammiiz was a great guide...
Nammiiz was a great guide and very good with keeping up communication. We had information from her beforehand about our hotel pickup and she made sure to keep us on track all day and to let us know when we needed to be back at each meet up site. We had a mixed group and she spoke two languages seamlessly with different members of our group! Doi Inthanon is a beautiful experience, but unfortunately the smoky season made it hard to see any scenery at the top. Would recommend visiting in another season.

Our tour guide, Non, made this tour very informative and deeply moving!
This is an incredible sunrise tour that should not be missed! Non, our tour guide, is an ex monk and incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive to Buddhist culture. He had a way of explaining things that made it so easy to understand. He made a point to have offerings for us to give at the morning alms tradition. We were able to offer prayers and wishes for a family member by writing their name on a heart and hanging it at the central part of the temple grounds, then he led us in the ritual of walking around that temple three times in a walking meditation, and making the offering a flower and lighting a candle. It was very moving. The grounds of the temple are quite special and the view at sunrise is incredible. He knew all the best spots to get photographs and made a point of taking our photographs if we wanted. He also included two other temples on our tour and was clearly loved by all who know him at those locations too; including the dogs and children. He arranged for us to have a private ceremony with one of the monks who gave us a teaching and individual blessings as he tied the traditional bracelet around each person’s wrist. I’m so grateful Non was our guide. His insightfulness, I his joy and playfulness, and his deep reverence with a monks and Buddhism, made this a deeply special experience.

Shrouded by jungle-clad mountains and home to some of Thailand’s best food and most impressive temples, Chiang Mai delivers culture, history, and nature in equal measure. Chaing Mai tours let you experience the best of the Rose of the North: Spend the day at an elephant sanctuary, climb to a golden temple atop Thailand’s highest peak in Doi Inthanon National Park, and master local specialties such as khao soi (curry noodle soup) during a cooking class. Plus, day trips to nearby Chiang Rai reveal even more architectural masterpieces.
