Rebecca was my guide; she was very attentive to my needs when I told her I wasn’t feeling too well so we walked at a relatively good pace and she kept asking me if I needed to sit down or water etc. she explained all the history of Cartagena in great detail and answered all my questions. She also gave me recommendations for restaurant and anything else she thought I could enjoy. Definitely worth booking this experience.

I have done many of these over the years and in general I enjoy them but it is about the experience not the finished product. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and helpful and actually provided information on perspective and shading which I appreciated to improve the painting. Both he and our translator were friendly, helpful and attentive. Enjoyed the other participants as well as mimosas. Highly recommend. Very happy I did this and would book another experience with them!

Fabio was a great communicator and had a wealth of knowledge about the historical city. Our ship delayed our disembarkation and he patiently waited for us. He answered all our questions and shared information beyond the everyday info one reads in a book. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and highly recommend others choose this tour !

Amazing tour. Very thorough. Our guide clearly told the history of the fortress & Getsemani neighborhood and all the areas we walked thru and gave us suggestions for other places to visit & food to try. Very open & interested in sharing his knowledge of Cartagena. Fabulous guide!

A truly relaxing 1.5 to 2 hour trip to watch the sunset. There is one-drink (beer/wine/lemonade) included per person, but you can buy additional drinks (credit only). Simply stated: this is a relaxing cruise down the harbor to witness sunset. A nice photographer was on our trip. She takes wonderful pictures. Don't hesitate, spend a nice relaxing ride with your partner, parents, or kids.

Raul went above and beyond to make sure we were safely picked up and returned. He is so very knowledgeable about Colombian history and it shows. He personally took us around many shops to get linen and specific souvenirs, and made sure we got to the desired restaurant to eat a great meal at Mare. Will definitely book with him again

This was the perfect bizarre/unique experience that my boyfriend and I were looking for. Our guide, Milton gave us good tips and explained how the process would work beforehand. After we got off the bus, we climbed a ladder and waited in a small line to get into the mud volcano. The volcano fits about 15 people. When you’re in the volcano, it feels like you are floating. At the top of the volcano, there are some kind locals who will take pics of you while you are in the volcano, give massages, and help you in and out. Then, you can get into a nearby lake and fully rinse off. Some other locals down there will help. After getting rinsed off, you can enjoy your arepa and drink before heading back. We had such a fun experience! Some Caveats: I probably would not take children under 14 because it may seem a bit overwhelming having random strangers touch them. Bring cash to tip the locals and to buy other food or drinks. This is how they make their living so be respectful. The steps getting up to the volcano are slippery and wide so be careful.

This was an excellent family experience! The crew kept checking in on us to refill our (delicious) drinks, and were helpful with our stroller. Our son was picked for the pirate fight, and the costumes/fireworks made it the highlight of his whole trip. The same boat also offered a day trip to Tierra Bomba, which was a perfect pace for our young children as compared to other jam-packed itineraries. The owners and crew were thoughtful in shortening/extending timelines based on our interest in each activity, and shared stories to increase our understanding of the area and its history. They even offered antinausea medication when my husband felt seasick. We enjoyed the stories, care, and companionship from the crew members on board, and would highly recommend both the sunset cruise and the day trip for families. They were the highlights of our time in Cartagena.
