A Perfect Day in the Canadian Rockies 🏔️

We had an incredible day exploring the Canadian Rockies with Rockies Journey. The tour was very well organized, and we were able to visit some of the most beautiful places in the region, including Banff Town, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, Natural Bridge, and Yoho National Park. A special thank you to our guide, CW, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the area. He shared interesting facts about the Rockies, local wildlife, and the history of the region while keeping the tour engaging and enjoyable throughout the day. Our guide, Aashash, was amazing. Very personable and informative. Great getting group photos at each location. Beautiful scenery at each location. Lots to do for all levels. Only disappointment was the crowded vehicle for 14 people and 2 car seats. Just because it seats 14, doesn’t mean it should! Too tight!

Well planned

Tour guide, Tammy, planned schedules well and everyone was all on time. This made the whole trip super smooth. Tammy explained every spot right at the point and reminded us to look at the lake surface while sun is out for a very short period of time. And you would find surprises. Indeed a beautiful surprise occurred for a cloudy day. The day trip is very enjoyable.

Fun Drumheller Tour With Plenty of Flexibility

Raj was such an awesome tour guide. He was very informative about each sight, then dropped us off at each one and let us explore independently. I really appreciated the structure of the tour. There is a good amount of flexibility in choosing which sights to be visited so that every group member could be satisfied. Raj would drive back and forth to the minor sights and the museum so that everyone could choose what they wanted. The only critique I have is the stop at the World's Largest Dinosaur, which is purely tacky, but I guess it's popular enough for others to warrant a visit. We wanted to stay longer at the Royal Tyrell Museum, and we were able to choose the full 3 hour visit there instead of the other minor optional visits. Every other tour company offers you less time there, which is why I chose them in the first place. If you want to linger at the museum longer, book this tour!

The badlands is a great contrast in landscape to the typical rockies tour. Very much worth doing.

The badlands is areally cool place thats worth taking the tour for. The scenery is vastly different from what you see at the rockies as a tourist. The Tyrell museum was interesting. It would be amazing for people that are more into dinosaurs. The hoodoos were the highlight for the tour. We saw some wildilfe on the way and our guid walid was kind enough to stop or turn back for us to take pictures. Walid is general very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I also liked the trip duration. It was not too long or too short. The only negative thing in the trip for me would be the audio tour guide that would play from time to time and break up some of our conversation 🙃

Transportation not Tour

This is transportation to Lake Louise with 1.5 hr drop off and then to Morraine Lake for 1.5 dropoff. Then back to pick up site. Our driver gave great info on the way as well as some information about the trails. He was very well spoken. This package was what we were looking for. If you want to stop at Lake Louise Village, choose a different one.
