We had an amazing experience on our Rocky Mountain tour! The entire trip was beautifully organized, and we got to see some absolutely breathtaking views and beautiful lakes. Everything was well planned, and it was a great way to explore the Rockies without having to worry about the details. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Ben, who made the experience even better. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kept the whole group engaged throughout the day. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the trip. You could really tell that he enjoys what he does. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a highlight of our trip to Alberta. Highly recommend this tour, and if you get Ben as your guide, you’re in great hands! 🏔️❤️

It was a 3 hour tour with quite a number of steps, most had railings to use. There was a 30 minute “rest/washroom” time at the library where there was also a small snack/drink cafe. Our guide was very good but is leaving Calgary next week. However, I’m guessing since the tour is “pay your guide what you choose”, that most of them are pretty good. I do think it would be appropriate if the company gave some guidelines for amounts. The downtown area is very interesting and the art is impressive. Even though not all the art was exactly my taste, the fact there is so much & it is so diverse is very appealing & interesting. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience on this solo trip to Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Emerald Lake, and Johnston Canyon. Even though I was traveling alone, I never got bored. There was always something beautiful to see and enjoy at every stop. Everything was well organized and, most importantly, everything was on time. The schedule was easy to follow, and I never felt rushed or worried about missing anything. It was such a fun and stress-free way to see some of the most beautiful places in the Rockies.

I had several tours during my stay in Canada but this one I have to give it a score of 100%. This tour was so well organized. Our tour guide Dair was very friendly, caring, empathetic and so considerare of us. He was always in such high spirits, great sense of humor, put good music, and had the best recommendations to make the most of our trip. Also, I appreciated that he kept us imformed at all times about the time of driving time between spots, and the recommended washrooms available. This way we were able to prepare ourselves and ensure we used the recomended washrooms even if we did not needed it and avoid using the unsanitary ones. I appreciated this the most since on another tour the guide did not provide us any info so we really did not know which was the recommended washrooms and how long was the driving time to get to them, so most people used washrooms in extremly poor conditions not knowing that the next stop was just a short drive and they could have hold it. This tour is very long but soo worth it. So please be mindfull of the time and be always punctual, thats the best way to make the most of your trip. If you are late you will have less time on the spots. We were given alot of time to enjoy all spots. The lakes were extremely beautiful. We met such great people during this tour. Dairs food recommendation was on point. I loved that he asked us auestions at the binning of the tour to know more about us and our interests to give us pointers and recomending what to do. I got to do the canoe, although expensive it was soooo worth it. I honestly though I would not be able to do it. lol. I was concerned for our tour guide because if we were on this tour for about 13 hours I cannot imagine when the day began and ended for the tour guide since he had to pick us up & drop us off first before heading back home Thank you Dair you are very special. It was a wonderful trip. Our guide, Sanjeet, helped make this long journey less tiring and more memorable. He helped us quickly navigate unfamiliar areas, and we truly enjoyed many beautiful views, despite the cloudy and rainy weather. Sanjeet is also a very good driver. He drives the Matrix company bus safely. The trip was relaxing and very enjoyable. Thank you very much!

Great tour of the city of Calgary city art. Many talented artists leave their mark on the sides if buildings all over the city. We began at the wonderful brewery and sampled 6 different beers. Then walked the city to see the art and ended at a second brewery sampling another f is ur beers. The second was Four Dogs which allowed patrons to bring their dogs with them inside.

My family and I had a fantastic afternoon out with Jeff ( driving our bus) and Joe our brilliant guide. The whole team were encouraging and welcoming but most importantly safe getting us as inexperienced rafters down the river and having a great time. Would highly recommend

We had an amazing experience on this tour! We truly enjoyed visiting Banff, the gondola, and the beautiful lakes. Everything was very well organized, and we felt very comfortable throughout the entire trip. Our guide, Nick, was incredibly kind, attentive, and splendid. He went above and beyond our expectations and made the experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore these beautiful places!
