Great service by this company. Joey picked us up at the airport with good communication via sms with his introduction and detailed instructions where to meet him outside the airport. He gave us enough time to collect our luggages after arrival from flight and he assisted us with loading and unloading our luggages to/from the transport vehicle, which is spacious and comfortable. Great conversations along the way. Felt very welcomed to visit Banff. Thank you, Joey! Mabuhay.

All of the places are stunning and beautiful but the itinerary was not followed due to the tour being late from the morning and the rest of the tours were deducted time. Lunch was supposed to be 1.5 hrs but reduced to 1hr and the rest of the tours were deducted 5 mins each so we only stayed 10 mins per lake which is very very short

Our tour guide was Dair, he was very friendly, he answered all the questions from those on the tour and when we were slightly ahead of schedule, he was flexible with request (i.e. stopping at a nearby off the itinerary location). The only thing that i would note is that they arrived earlier than agreed for pickup, but luckily for us and those already on the van, we were ready early as well. As mentioned by others, the suspension on the ford transit van was as just a touch jumpy. Dair also dropped us off at a nearby restaurant instead of our pickup hotel so that saved us some time rushing out to dinner afterwards. Overall, a good time if you want to see all of the major sights with sufficient time at majority of the attractions. What I think helped with our enjoyment was the energy of our group. Thank you to everyone and Dair for the fun day!

We had the best time at the Calgary Street Art and Craft Beer tour today. We walked around the Beltline area looking at wonderful pieces of street art. We also had the chance to visit 2 establishments to sample some amazing craft beers. We particularly enjoyed the Four Dogs Taproom which, as well as having a fantastic selection of drinks, is dog themed which we loved. Our tour guide was Daniel and he was absolutely brilliant. He really made the tour special for us , he was so knowledgeable about the art work and he was great fun. We understand that this tour may soon be unavailable - please, please keep it on your schedule, it really is a fantastic experience, it would be such a shame to see it disappear. We had an absolute blast on this Calgary scooter tour! It was the perfect mix of fun and informative. There were tons of cool local facts and hidden gems we never would’ve found on our own. Darryl was a fantastic guide being laid-back, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the city. The scooters were easy to ride and made exploring way more exciting than your typical walking tour. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Calgary.

We found "Fairy Bus" the best-priced and well-scheduled van service traveling from Calgary to Banff, an excellent option even though we were not leaving for Banff directly from the airport. That is, we'd actually flown into YYC two days earlier to begin our "driving-free" 2-week Western Canada adventure. For convenience we stayed in a nearby airport hotel, from which we could use local public transportation to explore downtown Calgary; we then returned by our hotel's free airport shuttle to catch the Fairy Bus to Banff. That probably diverges from the usual approach to the inter-city transport, but we would recommend that other travelers consider the Fairy Bus as a means of getting to Banff or places en route if making a visit to Calgary itself, not only upon initial arrival in YYC. The key point we'd emphasize in this review is the difference that a team of really attentive, kind company employees can make to an experience. We found the check-in/dispatch staff at the Fairy Bus desk inside the airport very friendly and helpful, with one staff member coming out to the loading area to make sure we and other passengers got on okay. "Angela" was one such employee I recall, but I want to highly commend also others there and especially the driver (whose name I regrettably failed to get). He not only delivered us safely and in good time to Banff, but he also went far beyond expectations when he found favorite item I'd accidentally left behind in the van. He immediately informed the office staff (which seems a very good team with the drivers), who in turn immediately called me, at the very moment I'd discovered the item missing. The driver then went out of his way to return the rescued item to the desk of our hotel. (which wasn't the drop off hotel). Even our hotel desk staff were deeply impressed with that degree of professionalism and service! We're really glad we booked the Fairy Bus company service (there do seem to be multiple companies to choose among) and would highly recommend it to others traveling between Calgary and Banff.

We had an excellent experience with this service. May was gracious enough to accommodate us despite the fact that it was just me and my daughter riding the van. Dube was very informative of the area and dropped us off in front of our hotel. Overall, I would recommend ABest X to those who want to visit Banff but do not want to rent a car and deal with the parking at most sites.

I had an incredible experience touring Banff with Habib as my guide. His deep knowledge of the area, from the history to the hidden gems, made every moment interesting and memorable. I especially appreciated his flexibility — he easily adjusted our plans based on weather, interests, and energy levels, making the whole trip feel relaxed and personalized. Thanks to Habib, I got to see Banff in a way I never would have on my own. Highly recommend!
