Book it!!!!!
This was such a wholesome experience! Milton took us to the Mercado and showed us his “go tos” and we bought some of the ingredients we were going to need to prepare our dishes. We also picked fresh fruits that we got to try as a “snack” during the cooking class. Then we took tuktuks to his home where we had the class. The setup on the rooftop was beautiful & volcano views. We were a small group and it felt so personal. Milton explained the dishes we were going to prepare and all the steps/ingredients we were going to use. We had water, hibiscus tea and red wine throughout the evening. It was so much fun and I am so grateful I was able to experience this. The food was absolutely delicious. Also I am a solo traveller and I felt very comfortable/safe/included and I got to meet incredible people during my activity.

This was a great...
This was a great excursion that was relaxing, peaceful, and beautiful. We enjoyed perfect weather on a boat that zoomed across Lake Atitlan, then enjoyed a cacao tasting, honey tasting, and textile demonstration all in the city. The guide was very kind and informative, and we had some time to walk around and explore/shop.

Once in a lifetime experience with amazing tourguides
Amazing experience. The tour guides were so nice and enthusiastic (thank you Pablo and Eric). Despite the hard hike, doing El Fuego is a must! To experience the eruptions up close is unimaginably more beautiful and intense than watching them from afar (base camp).

One Ride to Rule Them All
This tour was the highlight of our whole trip. We spent hours riding ATVs through the town of Antigua in perfect weather, and got to see several landmarks. If you are a Lord of the Rings fan, you CANNOT miss this. My wife enjoyed Hobbitenango so much that she cried. Our tour guide Darrell spent the whole day with us. He was super nice and engaging as he taught us the history of Guatemala.

Antigua, Guatemala, tours run the gamut. To get your adrenaline pumping, opt for an overnight sunrise summit hike of the Acatenango Volcano to safely view the adjacent—and still highly active—Volcán de Fuego. Not an early riser? Buckle your helmet strap and explore the countryside and its mountain villages via ATV sunset tour. For something more laid-back, take a day tour of Lake Atitlán, join a cooking class and market tour, or learn about the locally-produced chocolate and coffee. Whether adventure-driven or culture-centric, each Antigua tour will give you something to talk about.
