Joshua was a wonderful driver! He handled the windy roads very well and happily made quick stops for us when we asked. His car was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend driving with him again.

We booked this service (Quetzal Shuttle) 3 times for our trip in Guatemala (to Lake Atitlan, to Antigua, and to the airport). The car was clean and comfortable and all times the driver and dispatch were responsive and communicative. We got lucky and had our driver Dereck for all 3 trips, he was always on time (he arrived a few minutes early each time), checked in if we needed a bathroom or stretch break, communicated if there were any detours or delays, drove safely and was very nice! We would use this service again!

Our private transfer from Panajachel to Guatemala City was excellent. Our driver, Israel, was punctual, professional, friendly, and made the entire journey comfortable and easy. It was a longer drive, but everything went smoothly and we felt very well taken care of throughout the trip.
We were extremely pleased with the service and appreciated Israel getting us safely and comfortably to our hotel in Guatemala City. He was a great driver and an excellent part of our experience traveling through Guatemala. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with our private transfer from Antigua to Panajachel. William was our primary contact throughout the process, and communication with him was easy, responsive, and professional. Our driver, Joshua, was wonderful—punctual, friendly, and professional, and we felt completely comfortable throughout the drive.
Everything was seamless from pickup at our hotel in Antigua through our arrival in Panajachel. Having reliable transportation made this part of our trip incredibly easy. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend both William and Joshua!

Joshua was our driver for multiple rides throughout my stay in Guatemala. We loved having him! He helped us with our bags, gave us recommendations and was a pleasure to work with. We had to use the bathroom on our longer rides and he took us to safe, clean spots to use the bathroom and stock up on snacks. I highly recommend this company and even more, highly recommend Joshua as your private driver.

Absolutely beautiful drive coming down through the mountain to Lake Atitlan. Our driver Joshua was fantastic and happily obliged all of our annoying requests to take pictures and go to the bathroom. Requesting him for the rest of our private transfers we have booked during our trip!

This was a great ride. Carlos took us from Antigua to Lake Atitlan and made the ride as comfortable as possible. He also let us spot at scenic views and told us all about Lake Atitlan and the surrounding cities. He was the best!!!

Jenscen was our driver from Antigua to Lk Atitlan and he also drove us from Lk Atitlan to Guatemala City. 10/10 recommended, very professional and we enjoyed talking to him the whole way it made our trip very enjoyable. I definitely recommend and will use again whenever we come back.

Excellent communication prior to actual pickup.
Couldn’t have asked for better communication.
Driver was 15 minutes late picking us up, but it didn’t matter because we were not on a tight time schedule. All and all, I would recommend.

Went pretty well. I like that they use Whatsapp. Make sure you have that and use it. Driver was friendly and we get there safely. Probably could have just uber'ed, but it was nice to know we had a ride for sure.

Nataly and both drivers I had to and from La Aurora airport to Antigua were extremely professional and reliable! From Antigua my driver came really early and was happy to accommodate anything we needed and leave early! Would highly recommend for a safe and stress free transfer in Guatemala!

Our driver, Joshua, arrived early for pickup and kindly waited until we were ready to depart. I booked transportation from our Airbnb in Antigua to Guatemala City Airport, and the entire experience was seamless. Traffic to and from the airport can get pretty heavy, so I’d recommend allowing at least 1–1.5 hours for travel time.
The car was clean, spacious enough for 4 people and 7 pieces of luggage, and had air conditioning, which we found many drivers in Antigua did not offer. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable ride. I would definitely use this service again!

My partner and I had the absolute privilege of having Carlos as our shuttle guide driver. Carlos was excited to tell us all about the culture and beauties of Guatemala. As first-time visitors, we had zero idea what we were doing and Carlos recommended us many restaurants and activities, also let us stop for food and scenic pictures as our travel day was long and we were starving. He also proceeded to set us up with a friend of his to help finish off the rest of our transport so it was super easy for us to get to our hotel. Amazing experience.

Amazing. My trip was incredibly smooth. The trip had very windy bumpy roads and the driver took them easily which I appreciated especially as I get car sick. I felt he could read my mind and stopped for a bathroom break without me even asking. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Was the on time and communication was great as well.
