We had the pleasure of having the same driver for 3 trips and he was incredible. He was very kind, communicative and very helpful. The car was very clean and we felt safe the entire time. We learned a lot from him and would definitely recommend this service.

DO NOT TAKE THIS SHUTTLE!! We were robbed due to the driver negligence. We were a group of 8 and stopped at a grocery store for supplies before our next stop in Atitlán. The driver took us somewhere between Antigua and Atitlan to a supermarket. We all went in, assuming that the driver would stay with the car and all of our luggage (as they should???). The driver entered the store and left the car unlocked with windows down with all of our bags and luggage. We were robbed of $2k quetzals, a passport, 2 laptops, 2 Bose headphones. We had to call the police and file a report. We had to extend our trip to get an emergency passport from the US embassy. DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting this situation was.
We would like to clarify that this incident was not intentional in any way. Our driver briefly stepped away due to an urgent personal need, after ensuring that some passengers remained in the vehicle. Unfortunately, all passengers later exited the van, and during that brief moment, third parties took belongings that had been left near the entrance.
Our driver was also affected, as his personal belongings were stolen during the same incident.
In over 13 years of operating tours, this is the first time we have encountered a situation like this. That said, we take it very seriously and have already implemented additional safety protocols to help prevent anything similar in the future.
Mario was awesome. Didn't speak English but easy going and tried his best to point out points of interest. Pick up was On time, drove safely on this winding often narrow road. No concerns at all. Lots of flexibility with change in time of pick up. Ie moved from same day scheduled 12 noon to 10am.
Excellent communication w Byron (company owner?) on WhatsApp.
Def will use again.
Our driver Marlon was nothing short of spectacular. He arrived early. Very informative let us know so much history and was super helpful with recommendations! 11/10 experience!
We had Osman for both of our transportation to and from Atitlan. The van is spacious and has great AC. Though Osman was always on time, his driving left much to be desired. The road to Lake Atitlan is very winding and Osman drove very fast, passing cars and bikes on blind corners and roads.
He did stop us at a great restaurant on the way.
I would recommend the service (as they were very responsive on WhatsApp with any changes) but I would likely ask for another driver in the future.

GT negocios is great! We used them for our round trip transport from Guatemala City airport to Antigua as well as Antigua to lake atitlan. Marlon our driver in particular was very friendly and helpful. They were prompt for all 4 pickups. The main contact person for the company on WhatsApp was easy to reach and very responsive whenever we had questions or they had an update. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Guatemala.
The driver arrived early and made the trip from Antigua to Lake Atitlan stress free. He even stopped along the way to provide an opportunity to get some stunning pictures of the views. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Our driver, Osmon, was friendly, professional, fun, and very accommodating. The shuttle was clean, comfortable, and Osmon hooked up our playlist so we jammed the whole way there and back.
LAKE ATITLAN IS MAGICAL and everyone should experience!
Our drivers name was Alex he picked us at Casa Santo Domingo. He was amazing. He provided a lot of information on our way to the lake. We even stopped at a cute coffee shop for a quick restroom break where you could see the lake from above. Very professional driver we felt very safe
We used viator's private shuttle service for our round trip from Antigua to Lake Atitlan. Both drivers were superb! It made the trip stress-free.
Our driver was excellent! We could not have been in better hands. He was so kind, helpful and we had a wonderful safe ride!
Another awesome ride with Marlon! He arrived up early and helped us pack up- even made an extra stop and assisted us (making phone calls on our behalf, etc) when we had an issue with an ATM machine. My wife gets carsick on twisty roads and he was so compassionate, helping her to feel better. Smooth, safe, professional, and friendly ride. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Highly recommend booking this Shuttle to Lake Atitlan from Antigua. I booked twice with them and Rodolpho was my driver both times and he was incredibly kind and a very skilled driver. Rodolpho was always early for pick-up and waited patiently as I gathered my items. He would tell me about the different towns that we passed by and what they're known for and would also point out different types of vegetable farms that were along the way. We even stopped by a viewpoint that overlooked the lake which was beautiful. The ride is windy and bumpy so I'm glad I booked this shuttle as the car was comfortable and clean.

Our driver Marlon was amazing. He was on time and made the journey from Antigua to Atitlán enjoyable, telling us more about the history of both places and encouraging us to let him know if we wanted to stop along the way (and we did stop in Pastores, where Marlon helped us negotiate to buy a few things!). I’d highly recommend this service for a safe and comfortable journey.

We took 3 rides - from the Airport to San Lucas, from San Lucas to Panajachel, and from Panajachel to Antigua. All 3 rides were excellent! The drivers were on time, polite, and helped with bags. We enjoyed stops to eat, buy goods, and take pictures. On the way back to Antigua we enjoyed excellent ceviche. Book this company for all of your travel needs in Guatemala.
