We loved this experience! My friend and I had one other person on the tour with us. We really enjoyed getting to visit 3 different towns outside of Antigua and try so much food! We were stuffed afterwards. Would highly recommend.

You would not be disappointed so much food, such a fabulous tour. I would even do it again. Lovely visiting different villages as well and knowing their history.

Delicious food and wonderful tour guide!

We had a wonderful time and ate great food! It was really nice exploring some nearby towns to get a true taste of local cuisine. Our tour guide Nelly was fantastic and made the experience unforgettable. She was super knowledgeable about the food and was even able to tell the group about some Guatemalan history. Highly recommend!

Decent food, friendly guide

While we enjoyed the food, the tour itself was not as great as I expected. I have done food tours in other countries a few times, and the guide usually will spend a good amount of time telling us the history behind each dish, how it's made, etc. We didn't get that this time. The guide was very friendly but spent most of the time telling us stories about his personal life.

A wonderful tour! I loved getting out of Antigua proper and seeing other town centers. Our guide was wonderful. It was a lot of food!

The tour was cancelled 1.5 hrs before the start time due to the guide getting into an accident. I was told they would be better after the weekend but my trip was ending.

Tour was good and the guide was really nice and spoke wonderful English. It takes you to places outside of Antigua, but you spend the majority of the time driving around. Truthfully, all the food tasted fairly the same. There was nothing I was blown away by, and it’s a lot of food! I kept telling my guide not to give full portions because I felt bad never finishing it, but at least I could feed the street dogs the rest. :)

This was a great experience as we didn’t have a car in Antigua and it takes you to places outside the city center that we probably wouldn’t have gone to. We got to try various foods and had an unexpected drink making session which was a lot of fun. Leaning about various dishes was helpful for the rest of our trip. Alejandro was a great guide.

We came hungry and left very satisfied! The food was great, and a highlight was visiting towns outside of the main centre of Antigua. Our guide Alejandro was friendly and insightful and there was a fun surprise for our first stop which made the tour!

This was such a fantastic experience! We tried so much food!!! Also the cocktail making class was the best surprise! Such a fun experience! I also can't believe we went to the 2nd capital of Antigua and saw the oldest church in Central America. I couldn't recommend this tour more strongly. I had such a great night with our guide, Pampa! Be ready to eat 4-5 fuuullll dishes of fresh, delicious food. Try as much as you can. Pampa was very knowledgeable and explained the significance of every dish. Definitely recommend!

Driver and host were respectful, pleasant company. Shuttled around in a van to various small towns around Antigua. However I felt we spent more time driving around than actually eating/exploring. If you're not a good passenger, the cobblestone streets in a van will shake you around. Food sampled was ok. I feel I could have purchased these on my own. Nothing life changing.

A bit of a high price, but it was a fun tour. The food was good and there was plenty of it. The guides spoke English and Spanish, for our group which was half and half. They were attentive to our safety and comfort and made the evening feel like a party. I would definitely recommend it!

Daviiiiiiddddddd!!!! We had so much fun our first night in Antigua. When we arrived our driver was having a hard time finding our hotel. I asked David to help and he guided him to where we were supposed to be. When we got there we needed help translating and David gladly helped us. We were running a bit behind because we couldn’t find our room but David insisted it was okay and we take our time. We were the only ones on the food tour! The van ride was fun. The food at the first stop was okay. The second stop was 10/10! We were full by the second stop! David asked if we wanted more food or to go out. Of course we chose to go out and boy did we have a great time! If you want to have fun I highly recommend you request David! He was AWESOME! Thanks David!
