Once on the water, follow your experienced local guide toward the famous waterfalls The Seven Sisters and The Suitor, where powerful streams cascade dramatically down the mountainsides. Along the way, your guide shares engaging stories and facts about the fjord, its history, and local traditions. Several stops are included for rest, photos, and taking in the breathtaking scenery. No previous kayaking experience is required, but participants should be in good physical condition. A shorter kayak tour is also available for those seeking a lighter experience. Important: This tour departs from Geiranger only and cannot be joined from Ålesund.

This tour starts from the city center, and takes you around beautiful surroundings on Seterøya, in the middle of the beautiful Moldive Islands. Moldivene is the nickname for the group of islets and reefs out in the fjord just south of the city. This is a paddling tour along the north side of Seterøya Island towards Hjertøya Island and through the beautiful lagoon. The lagoon is sheltered from storms and wind, and here it is so shallow that only kayaks and small boats can get through.

During a photo stop, we have the opportunity to experience this interplay of nature and modern architecture up close. The tour continues along the breathtaking Hustadvika Coast, dotted with cliffs, reefs and sandy beaches. The next highlight is the 407m high Varden viewpoint. During the photo stop, a wonderful view of the fjord landscape with its countless small islands, the city and its impressive mountain panorama awaits us. Before we reach the harbor again, there is still time for a short city tour.

Our next stop will be at the delightful fishing village of Bud with a nice view on Bjørnsund Island. The next highlight is the 407m high Varden viewpoint. During the photo stop, a wonderful view of the fjord landscape with its countless small islands, the city and its impressive mountain panorama awaits us. Before we reach the harbor again, there is still time for a short city tour.

The trip takes place directly downstream from the renowned Gudbrandsjuvet canyon, approximately 15 kilometers from Valldal, towards Trollstigen. The course is located in an breathtaking canyon, where placid water from Reinheimen National Park runs between vertical granite walls. Within the canyon we have a course of obstacles, travelling down the canyon. The first challenge is a via-ferrata, followed by a rope bridge, stretched across to the other side of the canyon. From there we move further into the canyon with via-ferrata, a new balance bridge, before do our first dive of the day from 3 meters height! After a short swim in the refreshing water, we climb up again, ready for more jumping, swimming, climbing and ziplining. The trip ends with a swim through a white water rapid at the end of the canyon.
