Laura was a great guide! She was knowledgeable about the area and great about going from Dutch to English since both were needed on the tour. Food was diverse and tasty. Definitely recommend!

Out of 6 tastings only one was representative of Zurich/Switzerland. Background or history of the area was not included. Our guide was enthusiastic but conducted the tour socially rather than informationally. Good for friends traveling as a group

The tour guide was experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly. She adapted well to the fact that it rained during the entire tour. For instance, we took a tram rather than walking between two of the stops. A limiting element of the tour was the less than stellar offerings of cuisine in Zurich. This certainly isn’t the fault of the tour or the guide, but it is a reality of which customers should be aware.

Thank you for your feedback. I can understand your frustration. However, the tour guide started the public food tour at 16:00 from the starting point at the Toni Areal tram station. The starting point is noted on the booking confirmation.

The tour operator never showed for the tour and the location address was very vague.. It was very unprofessional and beyond disappointing!
I am expecting a full refund for the no show.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you were unable to join our food tour. The meeting point for this tour is at the Toni Areal tram stop as stated on the Viator website and your confirmation. Our tour guide started the food tour at this location on time at 4:00 pm.
We are therefore unable to offer you a refund.

Great experience in West Zurich! Our tour guide, Maria, was fabulous. So many different food tastings - come with an empty stomach! Only negative was the meeting location was a little confusing - all 5 participants had trouble finding. Overall very worth the money!

It was local popular and hip restaurant tour :) Tour guide Danielle was really kind and my tour group were so awesome. Also it was very cost effective tour! Before to go you must skip ur lunch and empty ur stomach and wear ur comfi shoes ;) Then Zurich city becomes full courses restaurant for you :)
