Cramped airport pick- up and "tour."

They said 4 or more people would be in a family MVP. Multi- purpose vehicle for comfort in mind. We were picked up in a BMW, 3 adults in the back seat and 1 in the front with our carry on bags on our laps. The first stop was at a monastery, we were dropped off only to find out it was closed to the public, under construction. Our second stop was for coffee and then we stopped at a small old Church. $650 for 4 people, definitely not worth it. Someone was supposed to get back to me by Friday. No response and they have ignored me when I wrote them I'm very dissatisfied, I have used Viator before with good results.

Dear Lynne, We are truly sorry for the experience you described. The driver was instructed to use a Mercedes Van, and we had every reason to believe this would be the vehicle provided. Unfortunately, he used a different car without notifying us in advance, which is a serious breach of our internal policy. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and fully understand your disappointment. We have already initiated an internal review and will take appropriate action to prevent this from happening again. Regarding your sightseeing stops — we will verify all details with the driver to understand why the monastery was not accessible and ensure accurate information is provided to future guests.
