Do NOT do this through this company! Our guide was supposed to show up at our hotel at 9. shows up at 9:20. Got to factory and gave us real lindt tickets for 12:00. The viator tickets were for 10:00. our flight was for 1. We asked the lindt desk if we could go in any earlier because flight was scheduled based on viator ticket time. Soooooooooo disappointed. our guy left as soon as he gave us a 12:00 real lindt ticket. Don’t waste your money. we asked for a refund. As of now, havent heard anything!! Buy tickets strictly from lindt!!! This is the only time i have written a review! It’s false advertising at its best!! This is the only reason we came to Zurich for 1 day!!!

Sorry we didn’t text you Rudely. There was miscommunication or misunderstanding. You book 2 hours before, but I tried our best to collect tickets, there was no ticket for whole day. So we informed you within 15 minutes and give another offer. Do you like to go Tomorrow or anther day ! We can do that for you. But you didn’t wanted this. So we canceled your book, so that you will find your refund and you don’t have to wait longer. We have tried our best to communicate with you. But I think you took it differently. Thank you
