Decent tour. Poor experience. It's free, so don't pay for tickets through Viator

I would have been more impressed if the tour guide didn't try to turn me away and acted as if he had no clue what Viator or my booking info was. Also to be told it's a free tour after Viator sold me a ticket seemed very acummy. Despite being free they require a booking yet didn't recognize half my groups booking info. Does anyone involved have a clue what's going on?

Sorry, but you did join the wrong tour. All other travelers arrived on time and joined our tour without problems. So your tour was also the wrong road and sightseeing. We are just wondering, why the guide took you with him anyway. So this is going on.
