Located 150 feet from the exit doors of either cruise terminals. Please indicate your ship's name with your booking and we will meet you at the correct terminal. Once you are through customs, come over and introduce yourself at our kiosk near the terminal building exit and meet your guides.

- All ships arriving in Victoria including evening arrivals, will be received
- Your reserved tour operator will be waiting to greet your party when you exit the terminal doors
- Please note that if your cruise cannot dock due to poor weather or other reasons a full refund is provided on your reservation
- A minimum of 2 people is required at time of booking
- Mobility scooters can be stored with the security guards at the terminal for pickup at the end of the tour and guests do not need to get off the bicycle during the tour.

We booked a nighttime pedicab tour as we had a short 3 hour evening visit to Victoria. Kevin was great-- met us at the end of the pier, got us settled with cozy blankets tucked around and off we went.We first went along the marina, then into some great vintage neighborhood s where he described lots about the history and architecture. We went through the park with discussion of various trees, wildlife, the totem, and fountains. We then headed to "the castle" which was gorgeous at night. We continued on toward downtown, Chinatown, past some busy pubs., and the beautiful lighted Empress Hotel and Government buildings. Ken was a wealth of knowledge about Victoria and a really fun and funny guide. We saw a lot for our limited time. We are two senior ladies so this was a great way for us to cover ground. I would highly recommend this tour and our guide, Kevin!
Had a wonderful Pedicab tour with Aaron. Able to explore parts of Victoria that we had never been to before.
Ashley shared a lot of history of Victoria as well as facts about different trees and flowers from the area.
Jack is the best tour guide we had in this whole trip, super friendly and knowledgable. Ive visited victoria a few times before but this time was the best! This is the tour to get to know the city and jack is the tour guide to take you!
We saw more of Victoria in 3 hours than we could have seen in a day on our own. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride. We went where vehicles can't go with Alan happily narrating and answering questions. Alan told us to let him know if we wanted to stop to see or do something. We headed out with a blanket on our laps, cover overhead and umbrellas on board in case it rained... prepared for anything. He also strapped my mom's walker on the back and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the ride. We learned so much!
This was our 3rd Victoria trip and we learned so much than we had ever heard before with
Jack. So friendly, approachable and extremely knowledgeable! Stopped to put up the top when it rained and made sure we had blankets! He is an excellent guide!

This pedicab excursion was a great way to tour Victoria while learning the city’s history from our driver, Alan. Alan was very knowledgeable and entertaining and he showed us the highlights of the city.
This is a great way to see and hear the history of Victoria. Our guide, Paige, was wonderful. Also, really good photo ops. We loved the peacocks at Beacon Hill Park.

We absolutely loved our Pedicab tour of Victoria! We were able to catch Beacon Hill Park right before sunset and it was breathtaking. The peacocks came right up to us, the black-tailed deer were so calm you felt like you could almost pet them, and the city was absolutely beautiful once the buildings lit up after dark. Of course, the hubby thought the deer looked more “huntable” than adorable. 😂
The highlight of the tour was our guide, Jacks, who was absolutely precious. So informative, friendly, and engaging the entire time. He shared the history of Victoria, talked about current events and local life, and even told fascinating folk tales and stories from the past that made the city come alive. You could tell he truly loves what he does.
This was one of the best ways to experience Victoria, especially in the evening. Highly recommend this tour and definitely ask for Jacks!
We arrived in Victoria on a rainy day at the cruise port greeted by John our pedicab host. It was not our first visit to Victoria but it was our first time to see its true beauty away from the tourist areas. John took us threw the neighborhoods, gorgeous gardens and most of all, the great stories. Tea cups hanging in a tree to remember a loved one, rose gardens where the Queen would visit, the Carr House. He was an incredible tour guide and did not care about the rain as we stayed dry and warm in his pedicab. If you find yourself in Victoria I urge you to look up Victoria Pedicab Company and enjoy the ride.
Aron was fabulous. He knew every place and its history. I would request him only as my guide. We spent 3 hours touring with Aaron taking pictures

Alex went above and beyond and was an excellent tour guide. We toured the main sites of Victoria in a way that was better than a bus or on your own. Alex was very knowledgeable even though he wasn’t originally from the area. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a personalized overview of Victoria.
Our guide, Adrian, was the best! As someone who has been to Victoria before, I didn't think there was anything else I would enjoy. We heard about this tour from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the personalized attention, great tour, and pleasant guide. I have already recommended this to friends.
