Misled by description. Waited in line for 90 minutes only skipped the line at the very end, might have saved 10 minutes. Tour on our phone required head phone not provided or hold phone to ear the entire time. Not sure what I paid for.

We had a voucher for a visit on 14 Th April at 12h30. When we received our tickets, the time had changed into 14h30 ! It was impossible to change , Sofia told us. Unfortunately we had reservation for the Vatican Musea and the Sixtijnse chapel at 14h30 .........

Tickets booked well in advance. Skip the line means you don't have to wait as long, for us that was about an hour. Basilica itself very impressive. We also had entrance to the Dome, this was not available we were told that day. Alternatively we got tickets for Leonardo da Vinci Experience. This was a big setback, nothing to it. Once inside the basilica, the Dome was available but tickets were not valid and could not be ordered on site (sold out). So we really hated that. Originally we had ordered tickets with the Dome but did not get this.

Our reservation was cancelled twice, a first time in total and the second time access to the dome was cancelled due to Jubilee, weird reason because we were still able to get there by booking on site... Besides, the skip-the-line wasn't one... However, Viator was correct and reimbursed us for the Dome access we didn't do with them.
