I would have liked to have written a review with glowing comments however I'm not able to. I realize there is a free 24 hour cancellation, however when your airline delays your flight by six hours, you message the tour company immediately, giving 12 hours notice, and are advised there is zero refund because you didn't give ,24 hours notice, a glowing review is definitely not deserved.
For a company this large not to take into account things beyond your control, is absolutely absurd. I provided a screen shot of the information provided by the airline, but that made no difference. I won't be using there tour service again.

We truly enjoyed our tour with Bernie. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He catered to everyone’s needs and the best part was that there were only six of us on the tour. Thank you for a great day!

The beginning of the tour was not what I thought it would be. It was nice to walk around the shipyard. Just know there is no free time there (I misunderstood). However, it was nice to get more acclimated to this interesting area of Vancouver. The fish hatchery and surroundings was a great stop. The highlight was the Capilano Suspension Bridge stop. It was fun and safe. If you have kids, this is a must see!

Such a fun experience! Actually preferred the Cliff Walk and Treetop Adventures to the bridge itself, although the view down is dramatic. Nice to see a different side of the bay and different area of town. Rene was an excellent guide. I was lucky enough to have a fun group on our van.
Note: I am not scared of heights, although I once was, and felt very bad for those clinging to the rail with a death grip. If you're that person, skip this activity.

Megan was our tour guide and did an amazing job with interesting facts about Vancouver and the Capilano Bridge Park. We visited the salmon hatchery first and learned a lot about the life cycle of the salmons. Later we visited the Capilano Bridge park and had the most fabulous time going over the suspension bridges and tree top bridges and enjoyed the verdant and lush foliage.
