We were picked up at our hotel at 10am and taken to another bus to meet rest of coach party. Up to Grouse Mountain first and weather was amazing and we could see for miles. The bears Koola and Grinder came out to play when we were there and were so close. Beautiful big animals. The birds of prey show was really good with lots of different birds flying to keeper. There was also a lumber jack show too which was quite funny. Lots to do and see. Gondolas run up and down all the time and we didn't have to wait long. Next part was on to Capallino Suspension Bridge. We were actually quite lucky that park wasn't too busy so there was plenty time to enjoy all it has to over. The bridge itself was an amazing experience and very wobbly but fun. Treetop walk was great too. Plenty time to do clifftop walk also. Final part was on to Salmon Hatchery. My husband is a keen fisherman in Scotland so he enjoyed the visit and we were lucky to see salmon waiting to go up through the ladder. Our driver was very knowledgeable. A must do trip for anybody thinking about a great day out. We took our own food with us although there were plenty places to eat out. Fantastic day out. We were dropped back off at hotel around 5pm......exhausted!

We had a wonderful experience. The pick up process from our downtown hotel was completely hassle free. The stops were beautiful in nature and fun. Our driver was very informative as well. Cell phone charging in the cars would have been helpful.

Very informative and fun! Short ride to Grouse Mountain. Gondola ride gives you panoramic and amazing views. Lodge at the top had a small cafe and a coffee/food area. There was also a gift shop and mountain apparel store. Short walk on paved walkway to see the bears. They had just come out of hibernation. Next we visited Cspilani bridge and treetop adventure. Very fun and scenic. Also squeezed in a fish hatchery. Our driver was very knowledgeable and provided interesting facts and anecdotes about himself and the rates! Great tour

We really enjoyed our tour. The pick up locations were very accommodating. Nice not having to worry about traffic or parking. Our guide (Anthony) was very nice and knowledge, without being over the top. The time (2.5 hr) at Grouse Mt. was plenty in our opinion. We enjoyed the suspension bridge too. The amount of time there seemed about right. Stopping at the fish hatchery was OK, but not our favorite. Maybe because we are from the Pacific Northwest and have knowledge about salmon runs etc.

The tour guide Andrea was great Very informative so very nice. Picked us up at our hotel. made it so easy to enjoy and relax taking care of getting us to our locations making sure we had tickets. Telling us about each locations. Giving us plenty of time to explore each location. We had a great time. Will definitely.use this company for future tours.

unfortunately it was raining on grouse mountain so advice is don't go on a wet day the bridge was good and so was the salmon hatchery our bus driver was a grumpy old man who had no people skills our ticket said pick up at 10-30 he was at the hotel at 10 and then proceeded to tell us we were late not a nice man maybe he needs a change good bus driver but thats it

We had an amazing day at all three of the locations included, made all the better by our driver/guide Greg. He shared his knowledge of Vancouver throughout the day which kept things entertaining and even made a detour through Stanley Park in the morning en route to Grouse Mountain. Had an awesome day. The bears were captivating,and the lumberjack show was fun. The Capilano bridge and treetop walk gave outstanding views. I got a great video showing the salmon jumping and swimming upstream.

This is a fun and easy day out. Two good tourist attractions, with plenty of time to enjoy what they have yo offer. You can visit both using a free shuttle from Canada Place but i would still recommend this trip, its well paced, good value and Leslie our guide was fantastic. The extra bits (vising the Salmon Hatchery, dam and bridge), along with the commentary and guidance are well worth the money.

Our driver and guide, Andy, was outstanding - plenty of good information and great tips for getting the best from each of our three stops. The Capilano Salmon Hatchery and Grouse Mountain (particularly the two grizzly bears) were great, but the standout on the day was the Capilano Suspension Bridge, including the tree-top and cliff face walks.

We had a fabulous Alaskan Cruise made better by this tour to Grouse Mountain and the suspension bridge. It was a fun packed day of adventure and interesting sights. Our driver-guide (Greg Booth) was superb. He was knowledgeable and made the trip a lot of fun. If you have an opportunity make sure you ask for him!! He will make the trip a wonderful experience. He peppered us with valuable information as he drove along. His recommendations were spot on. We saw a lot in a small amount of time. This is a must do experience if you are in Vancouver!! Also this is a great trip for kids.

We had a great day going to Grouse mountain. Lots of fun activities up there. Really enjoyed the birds of prey, the grizzlies and the lumberjack show was fantastic. Then off to Capilano Suspension Bridge for a fun walk across the wobbly bridge . Lots of boardwalk to explore also.
The salmon hatchery was also very interesting . A great day overall.

Our tour guide needed a shower and was rather overly fake nice. Was told while we were at the Grouse mountain we wouldn’t have time to do the ski lift with 2 plus hours left. I think because we were gay and he seemed rather controlling as a human being. We don’t need to drive by his old neighborhood several times like we are stalking an ex, overall, I’ve had way better tours.

Thank you for your feedback. We're genuinely sorry about the body odor issue and the confusion regarding the ski lift timing—neither is the kind of experience we aim to provide.
Tour guides are responsible for keeping the group on schedule, and sometimes that means making calls others may not agree with. The ski lift alone takes around 30 minutes round trip, not including the gondola ride or walking time. He likely wanted to ensure you had enough time to return safely and wasn’t trying to be controlling for any personal reason.
As for his behavior, he was doing his best to be polite and helpful throughout the tour. Whether or not that felt genuine is a personal impression, but we do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Our tour guide, Greg, was phenomenal. He was engaging, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He give us an abbreviated introduction to the city of Vancouver, recommended spots that we subsequently visited. Tour and tour guide, both are highly recommended.

All the stops were good. We were fortunate to have a beautiful day. Grouse Mountain for 2 hours and 40 minutes. The bridge for an hour and 30 minutes. And then the fish hatchery which was a quick stop and a lot better than other reviews made it sound. Jason S. did a great job explaining the hatchery and giving the tour there. I have done a number of tours through Viator in various countries and cities. I have never missed a tour or been late for one. Even checking and double checking pick up time and location failed for this tour. I have had tour guides text and call to confirm and even experienced them calling guests if running ahead or behind schedule on pick up. With Westcoast Sightseeing it all goes through the office and is not convenient or effective.
