In our group of 4, 2 of us had mobility issues so this was a wonderful way to see Vancouver. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The narration was informative but not overwhelming (like talking all the time). They gave us the details then added things as they were happening if needed. I would definitely recommend this trip!

Very easy process and delicious Caesars were aboard, they even stopped to view some harbor seals on the way, and Vancouver is beautiful from the water

Comfortable seating on the top deck ! Nice to have a drink during the trip. Not easy to hear the commentary.

I was wonderful to ride on the paddle wheel and hear about the history of Vancouver harbor. The drinks were amazing.

It tells one more about Vancouver's history, development and economy than what is read. The tour will physically let you see and understand what makes Vancouver one of the biggest ports in the world

Very pleasant and informative cruise along the beautiful shoreline. The paddle wheel added a touch of nostalgia
Sophiya_N, Jun 2026
Beautiful cruise ship, relaxing, very informative tourguide, drinks & snacks available on ship, can sit on top of deck by climbing stairs or sit inside.

It was a very clean ship and it was well navigated. We enjoyed the service and the history of Vancouver. Would have like to have been able to hear the narrative easier.

Great experience and fun. Learned a lot about Vancouver. Great staff and bar. Cool on a real paddle wheel boat
Paul_K, May 2026
Great sights and they give a nice historical background to the area. Dress in layers since it can be windy on them waters!

Absolutely beautiful experience. Very nice smooth ride. Excellent to get a view of the skyline and the ships. You also get an explanation while you are on board of the scenery

It was a very nice tour around the thriving Vancouver harbour and.port facilities. Fortunately the weather gods smiled upon the day making the trip very pleasant.

I was supposed to go on a Vancouver Harbour tour this afternoon, which I had booked through Viator. I arrived at the dock early, only to be told there are no tours today. Took quite a bit of doing to find a help phone number for Viator so that I could arrange a refund, but finally managed to find one on their site. Apparently they need to contact the tour operator to verify that there are no tours today, and I will receive a refund in about 7 days. Not to mention that I spent $18 on 3 hours worth of parking, won't be getting that back!! GGGRRRRR!! However, I did book my Gastown Ghost through Viator and originally had booked a different harbour cruise for Fishmen's Creek, but I was notified by the tour operator there was a problem with the boat, and I got a refund in 2 days. So, it seems like it is a decent organization, but they do need to do a better job of keeping track of the various tour operator schedules.

A waste of time/money. Nothing to see/do. The boat was old and run down. Totally bad experience. Don't do it.
50plusNorthampton, Sep 2025
Nice trip round the harbour very informative, but not enough seating on the top deck. There was a trip of a coach load who were given priority over people who'd booked online, this coach load took all of the top deck seating not good enough.

Well guided trip. Very informative. Suitable for wheelchair users.
Good value and easy to book online.
Steve_F, Sep 2025
Very informative in just an hour. Easy to get to, efficient to book and board. Very comfortable boat.
Franswa_J, Sep 2025
Easy and gentle way to sail around the Harbour. Good commentary from the staff. Had a nice cold wine sitting in the sun on the top deck.
christine_r, Aug 2025
Lots to see, narration was good. Only half the seating had a proper view. After everyone sat down - they announced the right side had the sights. Annoying.
LeAnne_R, Aug 2025
Great hour long harbor cruise! Beautiful weather and enjoyed chatting with our bartender! Would definitely do it again!
Penny_B, Aug 2025
This was a nice outing. It was more about the industrial production in Vancouver and that was okay. We enjoyed being on the water

The views of the harbor and the narration were great. There are food and drink options on board for purchase. The staff was very friendly and kind.

The staff was friendly and great information. The staff also came on to give additional information not given in the recorded form.
LeighAnn_K, Aug 2025
Waited at Dock B as instructed, but found out too late we were not at the correct dock and too late to hustle to meet our boat…very sad we didn’t get the experience and lost our money for 4 too…😞
Jane_L, Jul 2025
It’s a good experience. Best to get there early because there are very few seats in the top deck. Cannot hear the audio if on the second deck near the paddle wheel, or on the second bench seating area.
shahin_s, Jul 2025
It’s a quick stop, but you can totally snap a few pictures of the Vancouver skyline! Just a heads-up, it might not be as exciting for those who are expecting a long journey.
