Please be ready outside the front door of your hotel, and call us if you need any assistance with your pickup. Due to the ferry schedule, we cannot wait for late parties. We pick up from all hotels in the downtown Vancouver area. If you do not see your hotel listed, or if you are staying in the Greater Vancouver area (North Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby), please contact us at the phone number provided in your ticket so we can arrange a pickup location.

It was a great experience from the first minute. The pickup and drop off were very well organized. Our guide Amy was very knowledgeable with a great personality, created a very pleasant atmosphere and made our trip more enjoyable. The tour of Victoria downtown was great- such a beautiful place with a great history and culture. The Butchart Gardens as a fairy tale with the landscape meticulously maintained, the variety of plants, flowers so impressive.
This place is not to be missed!

Joe and Byron were fantastic hosts on this bus trip from Vancouver to Victoria and Buchart Gardens. The service uses Prevost buses and Mercedes vans to provide the most comfort on the trip. Joe and Byron were very amiable, informative and engaging, answering any and all questions while providing lots of tips about the areas we visited, things to see, restaurants for dining and special items to experience including the gelato at Buchart Gardens and the Seascapes dining area at the stern of the ferry on our return to Vancouver. Most travelers spent the ferry ride in the cafeteria in the middle of the ferry while Joe and Byron directed us back further to the similarly priced Seascapes just beyond the cafeteria where we had our own table to dine, relax and enjoy some adult beverages while having an unobstructed view of the gorgeous scenery. Well worth the price!

What a wonderful tour! Natalia did a great job giving us background, making suggestions for lunch, and an overall asset on all things Vancouver. And Cimaron was our driver. Victoria is beautiful, and Butchart Gardens were breathtaking. A day well spent!

Byron was a fantastic guide. He helped elderly guests and had excellent advice. He is quite knowledgeable about the area and also is pretty funny. A gem.

A full day that is well worth it! Matt, our escort for the day, was knowledgeable and entertaining. Thai, our coach driver, was excellent and easy to visit with as well. Great recommendations for lunch spots Butchart Gardens are beyond words. Beautiful doesn’t say enough.

This was the best tour we did while in Vancouver. You will be particularly lucky if you have Natalia as your guide. From the new bus, the professional care and knowledge of Natalia and the driver and especially the time at Butchart Gardens, the whole trip was a dream.

Matt the tour guide and Ty the driver did a great job. They were knowledgeable, friendly and timed the tour so we met the ferries on time. We were not rushed in the walking tour of Victoria or the gardens. It is a long day.

A complete and full day of travel and sightseeing. VERY nice bus and our tour guide Matt and driver Ty were absolutely wonderful! We felt taken care and catered to the whole trip. Loads of good information given by Matt and some secrets to navigating the ferry. We never felt rushed or like we didn’t have enough time at any of the stops.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Day in Victoria — and Nigel Gave Us the Best Story!
What a great day! Our Victoria and Butchart Gardens tour was one of the highlights of our trip. Nigel was an awesome guide—funny, knowledgeable, personable, and full of great stories—and our bus driver was just as cool. They made the whole day feel relaxed, organized, and genuinely fun.
But the absolute best part? 😂
Nigel had been VERY clear with all of us about one thing: DON’T BE LATE getting back to the bus! The ferry waits for no one, people!
Well… apparently that rule applied to everyone except Nigel. 🤣
Somehow our fearless tour guide missed the bus as it boarded the ferry! There we all were, safely on board and following instructions like the excellent tourists we were… while Nigel had to hitch a ride onto the ferry with one of the sister buses.
Needless to say, we may have reminded him once or twice that punctuality is VERY important. 😂 He was such a good sport about it, and honestly, it just made the day that much more memorable.
Victoria itself was beautiful, and Butchart Gardens was absolutely worth seeing. During your free time, I highly recommend taking the walk down to Fisherman’s Wharf for some good old-fashioned fish & chips—or seafood of any kind. Great food, fun atmosphere, and a perfect way to enjoy the waterfront.
Highly recommend this tour, Nigel, and our wonderful driver. Beautiful scenery, lots of laughs, and a fantastic day.
And remember: Don’t be late for the bus. Just ask Nigel. 😂🚌⛴️

I’d highly recommend this experience! Both our tour guide and driver were phenomenal—and very knowledgeable. Victoria and the gardens are a must-see and this experience allows you to see these sites with the depth and breadth that makes it very worth it!

Great experience from start to finish. David's driving was smooth. Joe's historical knowledge along the way was much appreciated. We learned a few things. His site knowledge, especially in and around Victoria came in handy. The 30 minute tour he provided touched on some highlights we wanted to go to, and there was still 1 1/2 hour left to go and explore by ourselves. Joe left us with more information for things to see and where to eat. It saved us a lot of time trying to figure things out by ourselves. Both David and Joe were upbeat, happy and it made for a pleasant trip. They made sure no-one was left behind, and all were cared for. Always ready to answer questions. Definitely recommend. (And we have to several relatives)

What an incredible tour! Excellent tour guide and beautiful sights. The city of Victoria was a pleasure to explore, and the fish n' chips recommendation was one of the best I've ever had. The cruise over from Vancouver was lovely, and the gardens were outstanding! Worth every penny.

We did the Victoria/Buchart Garden all day tour with Joel. We had the best time. There was plenty of time to see all the sites and Joel kept us entertained the entire time. He was also so considerate. My husband is disabled and Joel saw to it that he was accommodated by even calling ahead to Buchart Gardens to have a wheelchair arranged for him. Would definitely recommended this tour.

Amazing!!!! Don’t hesitate to book.
Honestly for me as a solo traveler it could have been boring if Matt wasn’t the tour Leader. He was very polite, passionate, knowledgeable, funny and cool. He even gave me his binoculars to boost my experience in the ferry. In total Matt made the vibe very friendly from the very beginning until the end.
The buss have very comfortable seats and perfect amenities. I appreciate Byron who drove us safe and he was wonderful as well. Thanks to Aimee as well who did her best to improve the quality of this tour.
This tour is vey well organized and you can experience the best in Ferry, Victoria and the Garden. If you have a full day free in Vancouver, this tour is worth it!

Magical day at Butchart Garden made possible by the team at Star Sightseeing. Bryon and Annika are kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Felt like I could sit back and relax because the logistics of a somewhat difficult commute to Victoria were being handled. Bus is spotless, pick up and drop off was timely and seamless. Totally recommend.
