This was so fun! The wind on the ride was very cold but the warm up suits were great. Marco was an excellent guide and driver. We saw orcas in addition to gorgeous scenery and waterfalls. I would advise taking some kind of face covering to protect from the wind. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Relaxing ride with incredibly beautiful scenery. Our guides were amazing - very knowledgeable and friendly.

This trip is wonderful! The boat is very comfortable even over big waves. Our captain Marco was phenomenal, safely navigating through the port and through the huge wakes from ships. He was extremely knowledgeable about the history and wildlife of Vancouver. Played great music and then brought us to the most spectacular serene pockets of untouched beauty. Don’t miss it!

Captains Sam and Greg (just there for his pretty face according to him) gave us a great tour with lots of informations about the history of the places we were visiting.
The views were stunning, especially when we got into the Indian Arm fjord.
We sat at the front for the best view, but at the price of having our buttocks tenderized when we started hitting bigger waves. Still a comfortable ride given the speed these boats can reach.
If the day looks like it will be windy and lower than 20 degrees C, I recommend that you take the offered warm suit. They’ll lend you one for free and it makes all the difference. It also doubles as a floatation device.
Also don’t spare on the sunscreen! The mix of sun and fast winds will cook you if you are sensitive.
Anyway, highly recommend the adventure!

Although we were a bit early, we were kindly greeted and the staff made sure we knew what was going on.
Paul shared great insight on Vancouver, the people, the geography, and the marine life. I am sure he has said many of these things several times over, however he still shared with a passion and charisma.
A wonderful tour and we will happily take other tours with Water Adventures.
If they recommend a suit, take it! It might seem silly standing at the dock but you will appreciate it as the tour continues.

Enjoyed the tour. Explanation of sites and wildlife was excellent. History of Vancouver helped as well.

We wore comfortable safe, wetsuits that our captain sized up for us. They instilled the importance of safety. They were familiar with the water and the surroundings. It was informative, and I will recommend it to anyone that would like to have an adventure on the water on a beautiful day. And we had the perfect weather. We ate a health meal before the trip .

This was an absolutely fantastic excursion in Vancouver! Captain Alek was both an experience, though captain and naturalist. Alec was friendly and knowledgeable. He took us all over the waters around Vancouver and then we were treated to a magnificent wildlife tour with bald eagle and seals and peaceful wooded areas! 10 out of 10 would do this again!

This was one of the coolest things we’ve done on our travels. Captain Alec was fantastic! The views of the landscape are incredible. We saw seals and bald eagles along the way. Alex was very knowledgeable about the area and made the 3-hour tour very fun.

We had a great trip with Captain Ray! Beautiful scenery and super interesting facts about what we were seeing, courtesy of our captain. Only had the afternoon to explore Vancouver and this trip gave us a view of the city you can't get on land, plus a journey up Indian Arm for some gorgeous BC natural beauty. Highly recommend!

Nice introduction to the area. Fast, exciting trip with good information about the geography, geology, and animals found here.
Maureen_V, May 2026
Very experienced driver, well organized crew. Everything ran right on time, as scheduled, and the trip showed Stanley Park, Vancouver and the natural beauty up the fjord. Loved it!

It was such a wonderful tour as we have never been to this part of Vancouver. Our captain (Alex? from San Diego) was fun and knowledgeable. We saw 3 waterfalls upclose and baby jelly fish. It is unforgetable.

Educational, adventurous and a really fun time! The 3 hours flew by! Absolutely loved it and the memories made. Paul was fantastic!

I only had one day in Vancouver, a city I have never been to before. After reviewing a variety of options, I chose the Zodiac tour. I could not have been more pleased with this choice. Captain Ray spent 3 full hours wowing us with his knowledge of this amazing city, knowledge that only a life-long local could provide.
Michelle_G, Apr 2026
Wonderful “inside look” of the glacial fjord! Beautiful water falls, seals, purple sea stars and trees!
Valerie_L, Apr 2026
We only stayed a short time in Vancouver and wanted to do a water tour during our visit, and this one doesn’t disappoint! Our captain, Paul, was super! He told us all about the city, as we headed to the beautiful natural areas to chevk out beautiful trees, snow capped mountains and finding three waterfalls! We saw a bald eagle and seals too! The boat is super fun and the red suits are a must if you don’t want to freeze. We really had a blast!
Eduardo_M, Apr 2026
Captain who was our tour guide was amazing, dropped so many nuggets of knowledge of Vancouver and the surrounding area that I came back planning my next trip! I appreciate the amazing staff who helped us with the suits and the different spots we visited. Next time will make sure to pack a snack or sandwich as the tour was long and my kids got hungry towards the end

Did this with my partner and 15 year old. Everyone loved it. The trip overall was one of the best tours we have done. Weather was great. Marco was funny, super knowledgeable and FUN. He focused on the scenery but also made the ride really fun.

This was a great experience from start to finish. Easy to book online and there was enough information about the tour as well as reviews that helped make our decision to do this tour. The warm suits that were provided were pretty comfortable and very warm, we had a sunny day but were happy for the suits! Paul was our guide, we got a lot of history and information. We really appreciated this aspect. The scenery was gorgeous, we saw bald eagles and harbour seals and the ride was fun!

Overall, the tour was a great experience. Our tour guide was amazing she was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging, and kept everyone entertained with her humor throughout the trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, especially the waterfalls, which were definitely a highlight.
That said, there are a few things that could be improved. I do wish the route stayed closer to the coastline rather than going farther out into the water, as it would have allowed for a better view of the land and surrounding scenery.
It would also be helpful if the tour provided small bags attached to the rails for personal belongings. Having easier access to items during the ride would prevent the need for people to constantly get up and access the seat compartments, which I didn’t get up because I didn’t want to be disruptive.
Lastly, I was disappointed that there were no proper children’s sizes available. My daughter was given a men’s extra small, and the excess material created uncomfortable pressure on her stomach, which affected her overall experience.
Despite these issues, we still enjoyed the tour, largely thanks to the fantastic guide and the beautiful sights.

An absolute must do!!! Our guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience amazing. The water was rough that day but it made the experience exciting and fun.

Very beautiful and well worth the cold. We were even surprised with an extraordinary amount of bald eagles in addition to the excellent job Captian Danny did.
