I had the absolute best time on this water boat excursion through the Indian Arm in Vancouver. The scenery was breathtaking—from stunning mountain views to peaceful stretches of untouched coastline, it was the perfect mix of nature and relaxation.
Our guide, Alec, was incredible. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and had a great sense of humor that made the tour even more enjoyable. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and knows the area inside and out.
This experience was a highlight of my trip, and I’d 100% recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver or even locals looking for a refreshing way to see their own backyard.

Fun ride but windy. Better in the spring when waterfalls are full. Decent guide. Boat can be very bouncy.
My sister and I loved this activity - we had the best time! It was about three hours on the boat, so make sure you dress in layers in case you get cold! FYI - You do not get off of the boat to see the waterfall.
Be ready to see a bustling seaport, gorgeous waterfalls, and wildlife. We saw a few sea lions. Learned about the areas surrounding Vancouver.
Soooooo much fun!!! Definitely a must do and Tegan was a great captain and was super fun!! We had a wonderful time and would love to do it again sometime!!!
Amy, our tour guide was very informative and took us to all the nice sites. She definitely knew a lot of the history which made the tour very interesting. That being said, I would give it five stars, but only the people at the front of the boat got the best views. Not one time was the boat which wasn’t very big was rotated so that everyone could see and get the best pictures. She obviously knew how to operate the boat extremely well, but never did. The people on the left side of the boat were able to get a good view of any of the icons. So the tip would be always sit in the very front or right front because the boat always exits to the left to the next site. I would have to recommend to the agent agency to ensure to have the boat perform a 360 so everyone can get a good picture and see the sites.
Definitely wear the orange jumpsuit provided. You will get wet. Wonderful experience and great scenery. Our driver was very knowledgeable
Great experience, beautiful scenery. Be prepared to get wet and deal with some large waves. I would not recommend to older folks if the boat hits larger waves.
Fun ride around the waters surrounding vancouver and north. Our guide was very was amazing and shared his knowledge of the area.
It’s a 3-hour boat ride. It leaves the busy harbor at Granville Island and travel through the shipping channel. We went up the waterway where it gets more remote and natural. We saw 2 waterfalls. The guide describes the area as you travel and points out places of interest and provides good information. It was a fun boat ride and interesting tour,
The trip was beautiful!!!! Amazing views. Fun. Alex made it exciting and informative. Loved it and totally recommend it ❤️❤️
Tegan out Captain was very knowledgeable and Fun! She gave us the right amount of information without overwhelming us! We saw Harbor seals, moon jellyfish and Two waterfalls! We had fun with the waves and did a few spins! The Bridges were pretty and the seaplanes landing and taking off were cool! Overall an Excellent Morning!!!!
We had one day in Vancouver and chose this boat tour, which was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon! We took our five children (ages 8-20), and we all loved it. It had a bit of adventure, serene natural settings, and some historical perspective. Marco was an enthusiastic guide who made our tour memorable. We went out on a sunny day but were happy for the puffy wetsuits that kept us comfortable when it got windy. Highly recommend!
Beautiful experience on the water. Ray was an excellent guide, sharing his knowledge and love of the area.
If I could give this tour a 10 stars I would!! It far exceeded our expectations! The zodiac felt adventurous! We saw the city and then we saw complete nature (land that could only be accessed by boat). It truly felt like we were in a magazine! Absolutely breathtaking! Our guide (Cesar) was fantastic!!! I would recommend this your 100x over!
Fantastic experience! So relaxing being out on the water! Captain James gave us great commentary as we rode along. Saw waterfall close up as well as seals. One of the best part of our trip to Vancouver!
This was a great way to see Vancouver! Our guide, Simon, was wonderful, not only as a tour guide, but also aiding my 92 year-old father on and off the boat. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver.
The information Simon shared about the city, the infrastructure and the environment was excellent and more than we expected. Enjoyed every minute!
A balanced fun, informative and relaxing time on the water! It was well worth it!!
Marco was an exceptional host and guide!
What a beautiful and fun tour! The speedboat was such a great way to see the scenery, and we were even lucky enough to see a whale. Even though the tour time was almost over, Marko was so patient and let us stay and watch it, which made the experience even more special.
Marko was amazing — by far one of the best guides I’ve had in a long time. Great vibe, amazing music, super friendly and patient, and he genuinely seems to love what he does. That makes such a difference.
Thank you, Marko, for such a beautiful and memorable day. So much fun and absolutely worth it!
So much fun! Captain James was knowledgeable and fun and we met nice friends from California
Great time
Excellent boat ride with tons of history of the arm. It was cold and windy, so bring extra warm clothes.
It was wonderful and so much fun! I went with my husband and 8 year old daughter. Our tour guide was James and he was great. Very informative and was great at spotting bald eagles and other wildlife. We went out early in the morning so the water was still pretty calm which was very nice. We did not opt for the warming suits and just had sweatshirts and vests and we were warm enough for the most part. We got a little chilly on the longer stretches of going fast but as soon as the boat slowed, we were fine. We would definitely recommend this trip!
Need to be mobile. Bridge moves while walking. Breath-taking views! Good for the whole family! Worth the trip!
- nice to see the city , harbour , working port and Indian Arm / more wilderness part of the trip - not many cities or tours you can see all this in 3 hours on a fun fast and safe boat - staff and boat guides are great / well informed - even for locals - our 2nd time
Captain Alec was so knowledgeable so entertaining..And had great eye for wildlife. We saw 24 harbor seals and a bald eagle! Alec shared so many details of their habitat… I learned so much. The day was a clear blue sky gem. Thank you for a fantastic 3 hour tour of False Creek, English Bay, and the Indian Arm, Granite Falls and Sliver Falls!
Had a great time! The views were spectacular! Saw some wildlife, and the falls were gorgeous! Marco was a great guide! Would definitely recommend this tour.
Go when it’s not raining. The rain was hard on the face and it was hard to notice the scenery
When your head is bowed down
The 3 hour tour with Marco was interesting, informative and full of adventures. There were lots of beautiful vistas, various ships, seals, eagles and a deer! Highly recommended as a good orientation to the greater Vancouver area.
You can get burnt in the sun. It’s very windy, the boat goes at high speed. I’d like to have more instructions before I buy an excursion.
This was a great way to see some beautiful parts of Vancouver that we wouldn't have otherwise! The views were amazing and the boat ride was super fun; my teens really loved it.
Our tour guide was Paul. He was awesome. His knowledge and the history he provided us of the Vancouver area, were informative, educational and entertaining. We would highly recommend this tour if you are looking for a unique and quality experience. Absolutely the best value out of the many tourist events we experienced in the Vancouver area.
