This tour was on pedal-assisted e-bikes, so you do need to pedal (there’s no throttle to let it power you completely). With that being said, we were able to keep up without trouble, using the bike gears and the pedal-assist settings. Each bike has a small bag on the handlebars to hold a water bottle and your camera and/or phone, and some had saddlebags that could hold a small bag or backpack. (We were able to leave a bag of clothes at the shop which was centrally located, just a block from the CF Pacific Centre mall.) Before we left on the tour, our guide Ella gave us a thorough safety briefing. She covered hand signals, how to navigate the various bike lanes (some were two-way and some were one-way), and explained that we’d be on some busy areas of the bike trails. She assured us that she’d keep an eye on us and even asked for a volunteer to be at the back of our group. We were all given helmets and wristbands with the phone number of the bike shop if you were separated from the group. Bikes were labeled with our names, so you’d know which bike was yours when stopping at various locations. In addition to stopping along the way to keep our group together, we stopped at quite a few locations where Ella would give us some history and information about the site and allow us to take pictures. This e-bike tour allowed us to cover a lot of ground in Vancouver, as active participants (not sitting on a tour bus).

Luggage storage after our cruise ended allowed us to see the Vancouver highlights not weighed down by luggage. Storage check in and out was quick. Great service for short term travelers!

It's a long day but worth it! We traveled from downtown Vancouver to the ferry. The ferry is about one and a half hours. Butchart Gardens did not disappoint. The British Columbia Museum is very nice. I just had a knee replacement in June but this Trip was not a problem. Thank you Kim. Kim is great 👍 Mitch and I had a great time.

This excursion turned into something more than I ever expected. Mark was a great guide and very informative. We thought seeing the seals was exciting but the icing on the cake was experiencing 2 breaching humpback whales that we got to see. It was incredible.

Look no further, this is the whale watching experience you should book. From start to finish, our guides went above and beyond to implement safety measures to enjoy the trip to its full potential. The trip was very informative, enjoyable and leaves you wanting to return again soon. The sights leave you in awe. Truly so beautiful.

Kevin was amazing, and gave us a great tour and details of Vancouver. My boys had a blast at the rope bridge and enjoyed the otter balls. It’s amazing how someone built that whole setup in the trees. We went on a rainy day, so was tough to see much off Grouse mountain. But, the bears were right next to the fence and restaurant had a great view of valley and lake below. Would definitely recommend as an intro to city and highlight that you don’t get to see most places.

We had a great experience from start to finish. Our guide was so knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone was so great from captains, to the staff at check in. We saw about 17 killer whales and stayed with them for a while so everyone got great pictures and videos. Our guide brought the book around and showed us which whales we were seeing. It was such a great day that we will remember forever.

Absolutely breathtaking! The VanDusen Gardens are a treasure and should not be missed! Every part of the garden is a treat for the senses. After a leisurely stroll through the gardens, we had a fun time trying to find our way through the maze, and then, a lovely lunch in the cafe.
