What are people saying about Vancouver

Everyone of the stops...
Everyone of the stops were great. Our driver/tour guide, Alex, was informative and personable. This tour was enjoyed by our group of 8 more than anticipated! The only suggestion I can make is to limit the drop off points. We must have made 7 stops before getting dropped off at airport.

Hidden Treasures - Old Growth Forest Giants just off the Beaten Path!
Get a REAL taste of the original forests of Vancouver with a guide who knows Stanley Park inside and out. You'd never guess what lies hidden just steps away from the main thoroughfares!
An easy walk, with lots of stops to hear the history of 400 to 1000 year old giants from the original Vancouver forests, you come away marvelling at these ancient survivors and a real understanding of the challenges they faced to survive so long. The stories of Stanley Park and its inhabitants interweave facts about climate, meterology, biology, indigenous and western settlers and gives you a true appreciation for this marvellous park and the amazing resiliency of its precious forest in the face of both mankind and nature.

Wonderful Combination of History, Culture, and Food
Thomas was our guide & he was a fountain of knowledge! Appreciated getting to see inside of 3 gardens/museums and learning about the history of Chinese immigrants who founded Chinatown. The selection of food was excellent, we should have come to the tour hungrier than we did!! Quality was superb, and finishing the tour at the teahouse to learn about Kung fu tea was awesome. Recommend this tour for anyone wanting to appreciate both Chinese culture and food. Highlight of our visit to Vancouver!!

A bit out of the way yet smooth and easy
This is a down to earth storage facility. Your suitcases get locked up in a chain link cage in the garage. I felt like our bags were safe but I did wonder if it were windy and rainy if they might get wet. It took awhile for us to find the check in place - not a unique name and there’s a lot going on, disembarking, going through customs, etc. once we found them the people were very friendly and helpful.

A must do this to the city!!
Taking e-bike tour around the city of Vancouver was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful tour guide Dorien, who showed us various hotspots of the city. We were able to go by the dome where the FIFA tournament was being played, Stanley Park, a gas town, Beaver Lake, in Chinatown. We had an absolutely thrilling ride on a perfect day. This is a great way to see the city and enjoy the great weather.

Must do experience!
This was an awesome experience! We zoomed around on the water, getting to see cargo ships, Point Atkinson Lighthouse, sea lions, and west van up close! Learning interesting facts about the area from our amazing tour guide as we go. Perfect way to see Vancouver in a short and fun filled time!

Perfect way to see the highlights of Vancouver
Great way to explore some of the key neighbourhoods of Vancouver with a local and expert! Due to low demand, we were upgraded to the slightly longer Vancouver & City Tour with Stanley Park. Needless to say, Daniel from Toonie Tours was super friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about each of the Vancouver neighbourhoods we visited. A perfect tour for new visitors to Vancouver as you get to ride around the Vancouver Seawall, Stanley Park, Yaletown, before heading back to Downtown. Our tour was 3.5 hrs - whilst long in duration, we didn't feel overly tired, as you stop regularly on the tour.

Don't Miss the VanDusen Gardens!
Absolutely breathtaking! The VanDusen Gardens are a treasure and should not be missed! Every part of the garden is a treat for the senses. After a leisurely stroll through the gardens, we had a fun time trying to find our way through the maze, and then, a lovely lunch in the cafe.

Wonderful trip!
Simon was our guide today, and was absolutely wonderful. He made the trip so great, very knowledgeable, a great wealth of info about the area we traveled through.
The boat very comfortable, great music, and the scenery and Bowen Island just gorgeous. We saw many bald eagles and sea lions.
Just the best, highly recommend this to anyone!

Great afternoon!
Sea Breeze Whale Watching was lovely. Cameron was exceptional!!! The driver truly knows how to navigate choppy waters. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the snow capped mountains while watching out for Orca pods. We saw a few juvenile pods, plenty of sea lions, seals and several bald eagles. I know that seeing a breach is a rare occurrence, so I went in hopeful but understanding that we probably wouldn’t. Cameron was knowledgeable and shared as much information as possible. My friend has severe motion sickness even in cars, so we expected her to have a rough time. The staff was attentive to her offering bags (just in case) and ginger candy. If you are someone that’s prone to motion sickness. I’d say take some Dramamine and possibly wear the motion, sickness bands. Overall, a really great experience.

What an amazing day !
An Unforgettable Whale Watching Experience in Vancouver
What an absolutely incredible day out on the water! We were lucky enough to see a family of killer whales , and a magnificent humpback whale – truly breathtaking. Julia was so knowledgeable and friendly, sharing fascinating facts about the whales and the local marine life, which made the experience even more special and thank you Chris for your skills , getting us to all the right spots in a very respectful way.
The scenery around Vancouver was stunning too – mountains, ocean, and wildlife all in one perfect day. I can’t recommend this experience highly enough – a truly magical and memorable adventure! Thank you so much Wild Whales .

Waltzing through Whistler
It was really fun experience. It was full of adventure and beauty. I was able to go on trails and get an experience of the wilderness. Along with that I was able to experience the city itself. My heart was filled with joy at the end of my tour. My special thanks to our guide Bernie. He was very considerate and kept the conversation going in the bus with his great sense of humour. And all the fellow travellers made for a lovely company. It was surely an experience I will always remember.
