Saint Nicholas is a beautiful church with outstanding ceiling fresco painting. However, since it is a little smaller, it does not automatically make it to the top 5 list for Valencia.
The light show has made it a more famous destination. The light show partly highlights the ceiling paintings that you would not normally have been staring at for a long time. Glad we added this church.

Absolutely fantastic experience and good for all ages and both tourists and locals!
Time on ticket is 10:30 where they give you an Audioguide radio and free time to explore the church stalls and learn about its history. Light show started at 11am so if you are running a little behind you won’t miss it and can finish the audio guide after.
I figured the light show would just be lights moving around the ceiling but it was a full multimedia experience. Very fun! Will definitely be back in the future with my family.
Only thing I want to mention is to use restroom before you go in because there’s no restroom inside the church. They did let us leave and re-enter with our ticket to go find one nearby though.
Staff working was very friendly and helpful and they were decorating for Christmas. Beautiful!

Do not miss this experience! We thought this was hands down the best experience in all of Spain. The audio guide was very informative and then the lights went down and the real show began. It was spectacular.

We purchased our tickets with Viator prior to leaving on our trip. There was a long line waiting to purchase tickets and we were waved past them.
It was a beautiful church and the audio guide was wonderful. It had music accompanying the key highlights. I never would’ve figured out when looking at each chapel to look behind us and up at the story that goes with it. It had a nice flow of chapels and the beauty was in the ceiling.

Difficult to find this gem. Thank goodness for google maps, but once we did what a great experience. Absolutely beautiful church and the audio presentation was extremely well done. Would recommend this to anyone.

We were not able to get to San Niccolas de Bari Church for our tour so we were not able to use our tickets. The on and off buss we booked through Viator did not have clearly marked areas as to where to find the drop off and on locations.

Most beautiful church I have seen. And I have seen MANY MANY churches and historical palaces. The comparisons to the Sistine

The church was difficult to find. The golden interior and art was beautiful, but the explanations hard to follow as they were in English only. Saved 2 Euros for the entrance via Viator 👍

Grazie per aver visitato la Chiesa di San Nicola. I bambini sotto i 12 anni non pagano il biglietto d'ingresso e possono richiedere gratuitamente un'audioguida per bambini per godersi la visita in tutta tranquillità.

Pague 10 euros en viator por entrar a esta iglesia y cuando llegue alli ...resulta que la entrada es gratuita. Es un fraude

Le informamos que al igual que aparece indicado en todos los canales de venta oficiales que la entrada a la iglesia tiene un precio de 10 € la entrada general y 7 € la reducida incluida audioguia en cinco idiomas. La entrada a la visita turísitca NO es gratuita, el único día que es entrada libre son los Lunes ya que es el día reservado a culto y misas, por lo cual ese dia es exclusivamente dedicado al respeto y a la oración no al ocio-turismo.
