Nature reserve judgment :)

This is a great option if you want to get out and see some lovely views and nature. We booked a private tour as there was no availability for a small group tour and Gabriel was a fantastic guide and provided us with all the advice the day before. Wetlands, wildlife and walking. We stopped for lunch (included in price) at Arrocería Maribel, a Michelin-recommended paella restaurant in El Palmar, the town where paella was created. We had bread, paella and a bottle of wine - we could of had dessert but were pretty full. Ordinarily, the tour includes a boat ride but due to recent bad weather, they were not running. Gabriel instead drove us through the various wetlands, which was probably just as good, before walking back around the reserve to the beach.

Amazing Albufera

Łukasz was a perfect guide, who really went the extra mile to ensure our day in the Albufera was all we'd hoped for and more. From re-arranging schedules to avoid a nasty weather front, to making extra efforts to secure a lunch booking at our preferred restaurant, he navigated the day with care, flexibility and grace. He was exceptionally generous with his knowledge and time, and had a knack for knowing just how to tune the day's activities to a perfect pitch for our needs and interests. And he is exceptionally personable which made the day flow perfectly. As people who normally avoid organised tours, our day in the Albufera with Łukasz will remain a definite exception to our rule and a memorable highlight of our Spanish travels.

Perfect family outdoor experience

A wonderful day exploring a beautiful and uninhabited region of Valencia with our family. Elena was a knowledgeable and kind host, even taking lovely photos of us to remember the occasion. She accommodated our boys so effortlessly and found the perfect restaurant with the most delicious paella. We will treasure the memories of this day forever.

Excellent private tour to Albufera

Our private day trip to Albufera exceeded all of our expectations! Our guide Wotjek was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about the area. The itinerary was perfect and the personal attention from Wotjek made the experience feel special. The paella restaurant was excellent and we loved the great conversations we had at lunch and throughout the day. I highly recommend this trip to anyone looking for a unique and enriching experience. We were especially grateful that Wotjek offered to take photos of us throughout the day so that we could just relax and be in the moment. This trip was definitely a highlight of our time in Valencia!
