So many things wrong….

Mireya_L, Oct 2021
There’s a couple of things about this tour I didn’t agree. 1) the office location you have to meet at; no chairs available and you’re just standing for an hour waiting for the tour guide to be assigned, 2) I understand it’s a tight schedule but to threaten everyone that you will leave them if you are late is uncalled for, 3) sales pitch; not sure if the tour guide is receiving a commission but we wasted a lot of our time being presented Mayan items and pushed to one particular shop. I don’t like the guilt trip either on purchasing from only this shop, 4) the food is not buffet. It’s also so hot in the restaurant that you can’t enjoy the food. There’s no fan to circulate the air. Guessing it’s a way to push you to buy their drinks since it’s not included in the classic tour option. I wouldn’t recommend this particular tour company. If possible try to see what your company it is and stay away from them. The site was amazing but the tour company is what I wasn’t a fan of.

Dear customer: We helped you in your transportation to get to the established meeting point, because your hotel is not in our radius transportation. Is a shared tour that's why you need to respect the this the guide gave you, there are more responsible people that they came back at the appointed time. You decide if you want to buy something, It is not mandatory to buy, this happens because you bought the cheapest tour, we have another tour that does not go shopping and I invite you to do it on your next vacation: Chichen dos cenotes. The classic one is not a private tour.
